مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينقذ صينية سقطت من الطابق الثالث وأصيبت بكسور خطرة

بفضل من الله- تمكن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، من إنقاذ إمرأة صينية ثلاثينية، سقطت من الطابق الثالث على الأرض، ولحقت بها إصابات شديدة الخطورة، أبرزها كسور في الفقرات القطينية والحوض والأرجل، وترتب عليها مضاعفات حادة، إذ خضعت لعملية معقدة وناجحة، استمرت لأكثر من "6" ساعات.
وقال د. حسام الحبيب استشاري جراحة العمود الفقري، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، أن المريضة حولت إلى وحدة العناية المركزة بمستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، من مستشفى آخر ظلت منومة فيه لمدة "3" أيام، دون تلقي الرعاية اللازمة، ووصلت العناية المركزة بحالة صحية معقدة، حيث كانت تعاني من حزمة أعراض أبرزها عدم القدرة على تحريك الأطراف السفلية وآلام وتنميل ووخز بالظهر، مع فقدان للسيطرة على المثانة والأمعاء، وصعوبة في التنفس.

أخبار متعلقة الخبر.. الانتهاء من صيانة فواصل جسر طريقي "مجلس التعاون" و"الخالدية""تعليم الشرقية" يعلن بدء بتطبيق الدوام الصيفي غدًاوأضاف د. الحبيب أن المريضة خضعت لفحوصات طبية دقيقة كالتصوير بالأشعة السينية من زوايا مختلفة لتبيان الكسور والمسافات بين العظام المكسورة، والتصوير المقطعي المحوسبSCAN CT، إضافة إلى الرنين المغناطيسي MRI، وكذلك الموجات فوق الصوتية Ultrasound، وأظهرت النتائج وجود كسور شملت الفقرات القطنية بالعمود الفقري والحوض، والأرجل وأخضع الفريق الطبي الذي ضم أيضاً د. سعد القحطاني استشاري جراحة العظام والحوادث، الحالة للنقاش على ضوء نتائج الفحوصات الطبية، وخلص إلى أن التدخل الجراحي يمثل الخيار الأمثل لهذه الحالة، وبالفعل وبعد اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة وتجهيز المريضة، أجريت لها عملية مزدوجة استمرت لـ"6" ساعات، تم فيها تثبيت كسور الفقرات القطنية، وتحرير أعصاب العمود الفقري من الضغط، وتثبيت كسور الحوض والأرجل، واليد، باستخدام أحدث الأجهزة كالملاحة الجراحية والتصوير ثلاثي الأبعاد، ومضت العملية بسلاسة ووفقاً لما هو مرسوم في الخطة العلاجية، وتكللت ولله الحمد جهود الفريق الطبي بالنجاح، ونقلت المريضة من غرفة العمليات إلى العناية المركزة حيث أمضت فيها نحو "24" ساعة قيد الرعاية الطبية، وبعد استقرار حالتها تم تحويلها إلى جناح التنويم، وغادرت المستشفى بعد أسبوع ، وهي بحالة صحية جيدة.
