تحقيق انقطاع الكهرباء بشرورة.. إجراءات تصحيحية ومحاسبة المسؤولين/عاجل

إنفاذاً لتوجيهات مجلس إدارة الهيئة السعودية لتنظيم الكهرباء لمجلس إدارة الشركة السعودية للكهرباء، بشأن انقطاع الخدمة الكهربائية في محافظة شرورة يوم الجمعة 6 محرم 1446هـ، الموافق 12 يوليو 2024م ، والتي تضمنت التوجيه بإجراء تحقيق عاجل في أسباب الانقطاع والتأخر في إعادة الخدمة الكهربائية، وإلحاقاً لبيان الشركة الصادر يوم الأحد 8 1446هـ، الموافق 14 يوليو 2024م ، عقد مجلس إدارة الشركة اجتماعاً طارئاً للوقوف على نتائج التحقيق، الذي لمـ بإشراف الهيئة السعودية لتنظيم الكهرباء وبالاستعانة بمكاتب استشارية فنية مستقلة، حيث تضمنت نتائج التحقيق تحديد الأسباب الجذرية التي أدت إلى الانقطاع الشامل، وأوجه التقصير والإهمال التي أدت إلى ذلك والتي كان أبرزها حدوث عطل في أحد القواطع نتيجة لعدم تنفيذ الصيانة اللازمة له، وعدم عمل أجهزة الحماية بالشكل المطلوب مما أدى إلى اتساع الأثر وصولاً إلى الانقطاع الشامل للخدمة الكهربائية، الأمر الذي نتج عنه إخفاق الشركة في تقديم الخدمة الكهربائية إلى جميع المستهلكين في محافظة شرورة بكفاءة وموثوقية.

وبناءً على نتائج التحقيق، وبمتابعة مباشرة من الهيئة السعودية لتنظيم الكهرباء، اتخذ المجلس عدداً من القرارات العاجلة والتي شملت:
أخبار متعلقة "تنظيم الكهرباء" تعلن استكمال تعويضات المستهلكين في شرورةمجلس الوزراء يشدد على تعزيز النظام الدولي ضد الفوضى والصراعاتتعويضات للمستهلكين.. "تنظيم الكهرباء": تحقيق فوري حول انقطاع التيار بشرورةأولا: إعفاء أحد كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين في الشركة وثلاثة من المديرين من مناصبهم القيادية في الشركة، بسبب ما حصل منهم من تقصير وإهمال في أداء التزاماتهم المتعلقة بالأعمال الموكلة لهم.
ثانيا: تكليف الأتية أسماؤهم:
1 المهندس عبد الرحمن بن أحمد العامودي للقيام بمهام نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لنشاط
التوليد.
2. المهندس سعد بن ذيب الشهراني للقيام بمهام رئيس قطاع عملیات انتاج الطاقة الجنوبي.
3 المهندس محمد بن عبد الله الشهراني للقيام بمهام مدير إدارة المحطات الغازية لإنتاج الطاقة بالقطاع الجنوبي.
4. المهندس علي بن طالب الكثيري للقيام بمهام مدير دائرة محطة شرورة لإنتاج الطاقة.
ثالثا: اعتماد تنفيذ الإجراءات الفنية اللازمة لمعالجة أوجه القصور الذي تسبب في انقطاع الخدمة الكهربائية عن المستهلكين بمحافظة شرورة، وتنفيذ برامج الصيانة اللازمة ومراجعة ضبطيات أجهزة الحماية في المحطة.
وأكد المجلس على التزامه الكامل بتنفيذ جميع توجيهات مجلس إدارة الهيئة السعودية لتنظيم الكهرباء والتي تضمنت الاستمرار في متابعة التحقق من جاهزية جميع محطات التوليد وشبكات نقل الكهرباء وتوزيعها في جميع مناطق المملكة بالاستعانة بمكاتب استشارية فنية مستقلة بالتنسيق مع الهيئة وتحت إشرافها، ومتابعة تنفيذ التوصيات الناتجة من مراجعة خطة الشركة لفصل صيف (2024مـ ) لجميع مناطق المملكة، واعتماد تنفيذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمعالجة أي قصور في تقديم الخدمة الكهربائية مع تأكيد المجلس على محاسبة المقصرين
