عقد مجلس أمناء مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد للتنمية الإنسانية الاجتماع الثاني للعام 2025م ، في مدينة الرياض، برئاسة صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير تركي بن محمد بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وحضور أعضاء المجلس: صاحب السمو الأمير عبدالعزيز بن محمد بن سعد، وصاحب السمو الأمير محمد بن تركي بن عبدالله، وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلطان بن بندر بن فيصل بن عبدالعزيز، وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير خالد بن محمد بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز، وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن محمد بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز، والأستاذ طارق بن علي التميمي، والأستاذ حسن بن علي الجاسر، والأمين العام للمؤسسة الدكتور عيسى بن حسن الأنصاري.

وناقش المجلس الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول أعمال، ومنها: اعتماد اللائحة الأساسية للمؤسسة، والقوائم المالية، وتقرير أوقاف المؤسسة، وأهم إنجازات المؤسسة لعامي 2023 ـ 2024م محليًا وعالميًا، وإستراتيجية المؤسسة للأعوام 2025 ـ 2030م وخطة العمل التنفيذية للعام 2025 ـ 2026م.
