القصيم الصحي يُحذر من تناول الأدوية مع بعض الأطعمة

قال تجمع القصيم الصحي، إن تناول بعض الأطعمة والمشروبات قد يتعارض مع بعض الأدوية.
خطورة تناول الأدوية مع الأطعمة
كما أشار تجمع القصيم، إلى أن الأطعمة قد تتداخل مع آلية عمل بعض الأدوية ومنها ما يلي:
1- الوارفارين مع الخضراوات الورقية كالسبانخ والبروكلي يقلل تأثير الوارفارين المضاد للجلطات.
2- ادوية خفض الكوليسترول (الستاتين) مع الجريب فروت يزيد من تركيزه في الدم مما يزيد حدوث الاثار الجانبية.
3- الاسبرين مع الثوم والزنجبيل يزيد من خطر التعرض للنزيف.
4- حبوب منع الحمل مع عرق السوس يقلل من فعالية تأثير منع الحمل.
كما نوه تجمع القصيم الصحي، أن يجب استشارة طبيب أو الصيدلي إذا كنت تستخدم هذه الادوية حول التداخلات المحتملة مع الأطعمة.

كما حذرت الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء، من إساءة استخدام الأدوية الوصفية خاضعة للرقابة (الأدوية المقيدة) التي قد تكون أخطر مما تتوقع، فمن المحتمل أن تؤدي للإدمان أو الوفاة.
وبحسب الهيئة، فأن الأدوية الوصفية خاضعة للرقابة (الأدوية المقيدة) قد تُسبب الإدمان أو الوفاة بسبب ما يلي:
1- زيادة الجرعة.
2- اختلاف التراكيز المحددة من دون إشراف طبي للحصول على التأثير نفسه قد يؤدي للوفاة.
3- خلط بعض الأدوية المقيدة مع الكحول أو مع أي مواد آخرى يمكن أن يؤدي إلى تسمم الكبد وتثبيط في الجهاز التنفسي والوفاة.
وحذرت الهيئة من استعمال الدواء بدون وصفة طبية أو «استعمال دواء وصف لشخص آخر غيرك يعرضك للمساءلة القانونية».
