"حساب المواطن" : تعديل ضوابط البرنامج لتوجيه الدعم للفئات الأكثر استحقاقًا /عاجل

أكد برنامج حساب المواطن , أنه بناءً على التوجيه الملكي الكريم باستمرار الدعم الإضافي لمستفيدي البرنامج واستمرار فتح التسجيل، علاوة على استمرار العمل بالبرنامج، فقد عمل البرنامج انطلاقًا من المهام المنوطة به، على تطوير وتعديل ضوابطه بما يتسق مع مستهدفاته الاستراتيجية في رفع كفاءة الدعم، وضمان وصوله وتوجيهه للفئات الأكثر استحقاقًا.

وأوضح البرنامج أنه بعد عمل مستفيض في مراجعة ضوابطه وبعد موافقة لجنة برنامج حساب المواطن , فقد تم إضافة محددات تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة الدعم وضمان وصوله وتوجيهه للفئات الأكثر استحقاقًا، وسيتم تطبيقها اعتبارًا من دفعة شهر أكتوبر 2023م، التي شملت على تعديل الحد الأعلى للدعم المقدم من البرنامج، بحيث لا يتجاوز الدعم للأسر المكونة من ستة أشخاص ( رب الأسرة وتابعين أعلى من 18 عامًا، وثلاثة تابعين أقل من 18 عامًا )، إضافة إلى تعديل الحد المانع لاستحقاق الدعم، بأن لا يتجاوز مجموع دخل المستفيد وأسرته مبلغ 20 ألف ريال، وتعديل حد التناقص بما يتوافق مع ذلك، ويمكن للمستفيدين زيارة الحاسبة التقديرية على موقع البرنامج لمعرفة استحقاقهم من الدعم بشكل دقيق.
وتهدف هذه التعديلات إلى ضمان وصول الدعم إلى مستحقيه؛ بما يضمن تحقيق أهدافه المرجوة في حماية الأسر السعودية، وتخفيف الأعباء عنهم، وتحسين معيشتهم، في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية المتغيرة حول العالم.
يذكر أن إجمالي ما تم صرفه للمستفيدين منذ انطلاقة البرنامج حتى الدفعة الأخيرة – دفعة شهر سبتمبر 2023م - قد بلغت 175 مليار ريال، كما يتجاوز عدد مستفيدي البرنامج حتى الآن أكثر من 11.3 مليون مستفيد رئيسي وتابع.
