تعتبر المملكة العربية السعودية واحدة من الدول الرائدة في مجال التعليم والتطوير التعليمي، حيث تسعى جاهدة للتحسين المستمر في نوعية التعليم المقدم للمواطنين.
من هذا المنطلق، تم تطوير نظام نور كجزء من الجهود الحكومية لتحسين التعليم وتوفير وسائل تعليمية حديثة للمواطنين في جميع أنحاء المملكة. يُعد نظام نور ثورة في التعليم الإلكتروني في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نظام نور هو نظام تعليمي إلكتروني متكامل يهدف إلى تحسين جودة التعليم وتوفير فرص تعليمية متاحة للجميع، بغض النظر عن موقعهم الجغرافي أو ظروفهم الشخصية. تم تطوير النظام بواسطة وزارة التعليم السعودية وتم إطلاقه في عام 2018.
ويهدف نظام نور إلى تقديم تعليم ذات جودة عالية ومتاح للطلاب في جميع المراحل التعليمية، من رياض الأطفال حتى الجامعة.

تنوع البرامج التعليمية: نظام نور يقدم مجموعة متنوعة من البرامج التعليمية، بما في ذلك المناهج الوطنية والدولية. هذا يسمح للطلاب بالاختيار من بين مجموعة واسعة من المسارات التعليمية وفقًا لاهتماماتهم وأهدافهم.
