يضم 83 خدمة.. وزير العدل يوجّه بإطلاق النسخة المطورة من تطبيق ناجز

وجه معالي وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني بإطلاق النسخة المطورة من تطبيق ناجز للأجهزة الذكية والتي تم التوسع فيها ليصبح إجمالي خدمات التطبيق 83 خدمة عدليّة على أن تشمل جميع الخدمات العدلية خلال الربع الرابع من العام الجاري. واشتملت النسخة المطورة على مجموعة من التحسينات والتطويرات، التي تستهدف الارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة وتوفير تجربة رقمية سهلة على المستفيدين.

وأوضحت وزارة العدل، أن عملية تطوير التطبيق جاءت ضمن خطة التوسع في خدمات التطبيق واستندت على مجموعة من الركائز أبرزها تقييم تجربة المستفيدين من التطبيق خلال الفترة السابقة, ومن ثم معالجة وتحسين تجربتهم بحسب احتياجاتهم؛ ليكون محورها سهولة وسلاسة الوصول والحصول على الخدمة. وأكدت الوزارة، أن تطبيق ناجز يضم 83 خدمة عدلية تشمل القضاء والتنفيذ والتوثيق والخدمات المساندة، موضحة أن عدد الخدمات المقدّمة عبر التطبيق خلال العام الماضي، بلغت أكثر من 50 مليون عملية مقدمة للمستفيدين، فيما بلغ عدد المستفيدين أكثر من 3 ملايين مستفيد، وجرى عقد أكثر من 700 ألف جلسة قضائية عبر التطبيق.
