إقبال متزايد على العسل بالمنطقة الشرقية والمانجروف والسدر الأكثر مبيعا.. فيديو

الدمام
يعتبر عسل السدر ذا طعم مميز وشهير، ولكن الآن يتزايد الإقبال على عسل المانجروف وذلك لعدة أسباب، أهمها أن شجرة المانجروف في حد ذاتها شجرة طبيعية، تنبت بدون سماد أو تدخل بشري.
وأوضح تقرير نشرته العربية السعودية، أنه بعد عدة تجارب من النحالين على مدار السنوات الماضية، ثبت أن عسل المانجروف يحتوي على العديد من الإنزيمات، ويندرج تحت قائمة العسل الفاخر.
وتبدأ مراحل تجميع العسل على عدة مراحل، أولا يؤخذ من الخلايا ثم تقشط الطبقة الشمعية التي تغطي البيوت السداسية، ثم يوضع في الفراز، وبعدها يتم تصفيته، ويوضع لمدة 21يوم حتى تطفو كل الشوائب به.
تتنوع منتجات العسل، فالمنتج الرئيسي هو العسل، ويوجد أيضا ما يسمى بشهد العسل، وحبوب اللقاح والغذاء الملكي.
ويتراوح أسعار الكيلو من عسل المانجروف 350 لـ 450، بينما عسل السدر يعتبر تقريبا نفس السعر ولكن لا يزيد عن 400 للكيلو.

وشهد الحفل توقيع عدد من اتفاقيات الشراكة، باركها سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية، مع كل من مؤسسة الملك عبدالعزيز ورجاله للموهبة والإبداع “موهبة”، وشركة “ركاز العلم للتعليم”، والاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، وشركة “أكاديمية التعلّم”، وشركة “محمد النهدي للتأمين الطبي”، التي ستوفر تغطية تأمينية لمدة عام كامل لـ430 مستفيدًا من اللجنة.
كما كرّم سموه 18 طالبًا وطالبة من الموهوبين، وسلّم 6 وحدات سكنية لمستفيدين من اللجنة.
وفي ختام الحفل، كرّم سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية شركاء اللجنة والداعمين من رجال الأعمال والشركات.
