. تعليم الشرقية يكثف فعاليات التوعية بسرطان الثدييحمل الاقتصاد الإبداعي كثيرًا من النتائج الإيجابية التي تسهم في رفع مستوى التقدم المجتمعي، ووفقاً لتقديرات الأمم المُتحدة، فإن هذا النوع من الاقتصاد تحديدًا يسهم بما يتراوح بين 2 إلى 7% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ، في الوقت الذي تتوقع مجموعة العشرين أن ترتفع النسبة إلى 10% بحلول عام 2030.
كما يمثل الاقتصاد الإبداعي إحدى الأدوات الفعالة لرفع مستوى جودة الحياة المرتبطة بوتيرة التسارع، لذلك أولت مبادرة الشرقية تبدع الذي أطلقها مركز الملك عبدالعزيز الثقافي العالمي (إثراء)، عام 2020م، اهتمامًا بالغًا في صناعة الأفكار الإبداعية والحرص على بث جذوة الإبداع في مدن المنطقة ومحافظاتها، عبر التعريف بأعمالهم وإنجازاتهم والسعي وراء تطويرها، بما يتوافق مع هدف و رؤية المبادرة.
حققت المبادرة التي حظيت برعاية كريمة من صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبد العزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية عام 2022م، نجاحاً ملحوظًا في خلق بيئة محفزة للمبدعين، الذين وجدوا ضآلتهم في أهدافها وأنشطتها لدخولهم إلى عوالم الريادة والتجديد، كما شهدت على مر السنوات مشاركات نوعية كثيرة من قبل الشركات والمستثمرين وروّاد الأعمال والجهات المختلفة؛ لاستقطاب أصحاب المواهب والاستفادة من تجاربهم وتبنّي ابتكاراتهم وإبداعاتهم في عدد من المشاريع، فضلًا عن تقديم حزمة من البرامج التثقيفية والداعمة في العديد من المجالات الإبداعية.
ومما يبدو جليًا جملة الإنجازات والجهود التي تكللت بالنجاح عبر مشاركات متعددة تواجدت في المبادرة على مدى الأعوام الخمسة الماضية، منها فنون تشيكيلية ومشاركات رياضية وندوات توعية وجلسات حوارية قادت إلى صناعة أفكار إبداعية للكثير من المهتمين والمشاركين، وصولًا إلى أيقونات لافتة سواء منتجات أو تطوير مؤسسات ومشاريع. وعلى سبيل المثال، ما قدمه مجلس المنطقة الشرقية للمسؤولية الإجتماعية مبادرة "أبصر" من جهود وفرص تنموية تتكئ على الفنون الواعدة التي تحمل هوية المنطقة الشرقية، إلى جانب إسهامات أمانة المنطقة الشرقية التي صبت في تطوير المشهد الحضري.
فيما استكملت جهات أخرى فعاليات تفاعلية هادفة كالهيئة الملكية بالجبيل التي قدمت حزمة برامج متنوعة بالتعاون مع عدد من الجهات، كما حرصت مؤسسات من القطاع الخاص من خلال تقديم برامج تصميمية مميزة منها رتال للتطوير العمراني التي أطلقت ديزايناثون تستهدف به المصممين إزاء تصميم حديقة المستقبل وتطوير جسر الملك سلمان في محافظة الخبر، فضلًا عن مشاركات ثقافية وفنية حيوية متنوعة كأنشطة جمعية الثقافة والفنون بالدمام و «دار نورة الموسى» التي سّلطت الضوء على التدريب والتأهيل، وغيرها من الجهات المتعددة التي حرصت على بث الإبداع وتطوير الأفكار في المنطقة.
«الشرقية تبدِع» التي تستعد لانطلاق نسختها الخامسة مطلع نوفمبر المقبل، وتستمر حتى 23 من الشهر ذاته، جاءت تحمل شعار "الإبداع من عمق الشرقية"، استكمالًا للنجاح البارز الذي صاحبها في السنوات الماضية من خلال تفاعل الجهات المختلفة والقطاعات المتعددة، لتكون إحدى أهم مبادرات الشراكات المجتمعية، الهادفة إلى تحفيز النشاطات الإبداعيّة وتطوير البيئة الخصبة لنشر ثقافة الابتكار.
