نعت رابطة علماء اليمن وهيئة رفع المظالم بمحافظة حجة القاضي العلامة محمد أحمد نصار الذي وافاه الأجل عن عمر ناهز 80 عاماً قضى معظمها في مجال القضاء وتدريس العلوم الشرعية.
وأشادت الرابطة والهيئة في بيان نعي مشترك، بمناقب الفقيد العلامة نصار ودوره في مواجهة الثقافات المغلوطة وتدريس العلوم الشرعية وخدمة القضاء في المحافظة.
وأشار البيان إلى أن محافظة حجة خسرت برحيل العلامة نصار أحد أبرز علماء اليمن عامة ومحافظة حجة بصورة خاصة.
وعبّر البيان عن خالص العزاء وعظيم المواساة لأولاد الفقيد الدكتور عبدالكريم نصار والدكتور عصام نصار وأهله وأقاربه وآل نصار كافة ومحافظة حجة، سائلاً الله العلي القدير أن يتغمد الفقيد بواسع رحمته ويسكنه فسيح جناته ويلهم أهله وذويه الصبر والسلوان.
“إنا لله وإنآ إليه راجعون”.

وتهدف المبادرة إلى دعم الأبحاث الرائدة التي تُعنى بمواجهة التحديات العالمية الملحّة، مثل الفقر وتغير المناخ وعدم المساواة في الخدمات الأساسية، عبر منهجيات مبتكرة قابلة للقياس. كما تسعى إلى تشجيع التعاون بين الباحثين والمؤسسات الدولية المتخصصة في التنمية الإنسانية، بما يدعم رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠ الرامية إلى بناء كوادر وطنية قادرة على المنافسة العالمية.
أخبار متعلقة برنامج تدريبي يستخدم الواقع الافتراضي لتعزيز مهارات البحث الصحي في جدة"كاوست" تحتضن منتدى أشباه الموصلات العالمي 4 لدعم الابتكار التقنيالأمير سلطان بن سلمان: المملكة تسير بطموح نحو الريادة العالميةوحددت اللجنة العلمية عدداً من الشروط من بينها أن يكون الباحثون من العاملين في مجالات العلوم الإنسانية، أو الاجتماعية، أو التقنيات الذكية، أو العلوم الحياتية، مع تركيز مشاريعهم على قضايا تنموية ذات أبعاد اجتماعية أو اقتصادية أو بيئية. فيما تتضمن مزايا المنحة تمويلًا لتغطية تكاليف جمع البيانات والبحث الميداني، بالإضافة إلى فرص للتعاون مع شبكات خبراء دولية.
وتشمل المجالات البحثية المقترحة مواضيع مثل المواطنة العالمية، كدراسة سبل تعزيز الوعي الثقافي عبر التعليم والتكنولوجيا، وتمكين الشباب للمشاركة في حل قضايا مثل التغير المناخي. كما تُركز المنحة على الابتكار الاجتماعي، كبحث نماذج لتحقيق العدالة في الصحة والتعليم والخدمات المالية، أو تطوير حلول لدعم الصحة النفسية. إلى جانب استكشاف دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في معالجة الأزمات الإنسانية.
وحددت اللجنة يوم ١٥ يونيو ٢٠٢٥ كأخر يوم لاستقبال المقترحات البحثية المفصلة على أن يشمل ملخصًا لموضوع البحث وأهدافه ومنهجيته، مع جدول زمني وتفصيل للميزانية المقترحة، إضافة إلى السيرة الذاتية للباحث الرئيسي عبر البريد الإلكتروني [email protected]
وتسعى المؤسسة إلى ترجمة نتائج الأبحاث إلى حلول ميدانية قابلة للتطبيق، عبر دمجها في برامج تنموية ومبادرات مجتمعية تُعزز الاستدامة وتُعالج التحديات الإنسانية الملحّة، تماشيًا مع أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030 في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة.
