ولي العهد يعلن إطلاق شركة "اردارا" وباكورة مشاريعها "الوادي" قلب أبها /عاجل

أعلن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء رئيس مجلس إدارة صندوق الاستثمارات العامة ـ حفظه الله ـ، عن إطلاق شركة "اردارا" بهدف تطوير مشروع "وادي أبها" بمنطقة عسير باكورة مشاريع الشركة، لتكون مركزاً حضرياً ووجهة سياحية جاذبة للزائرين محلياً وعالمياً بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.

وسيعتمد مشروع "الوادي"، الذي يمتد على مساحة تبلغ 2.5 مليون متر مربع، الطابع الهندسي والعمراني المستوحى من تراث منطقة عسير وتاريخها العريق، حيث سيراعي المشروع معايير الاستدامة، ورفع مستوى جودة الحياة، عبر توفير أكثر من 30% من مساحة المشروع كمساحات خضراء مفتوحة، و 16 كم من الوجهات المائية تمتد على نطاق المشروع، و 17 كم من المسارات الرياضية، والأنشطة الثقافية، والمجتمعية.
وستعمل الشركة على تطوير خمس مناطق رئيسية بطابع متفرد، حيث تضم المرحلة الأولى خلال الثلاث سنوات القادمة خيارات من السكن والضيافة والترفيه بما في ذلك 2000 خيار سكني متنوع ما بين الشقق والفلل الراقية والعصرية، بالإضافة إلى الفنادق الفاخرة، والمساحات التجارية، ومناطق الأعمال المصممة وفق أعلى المستويات بما يتناسب مع هويتها وإرثها التاريخي.
وتهدف الشركة لتوفير العديد من الفرص للمستثمرين المحليين والدوليين في العديد من القطاعات بما في ذلك الضيافة، والفنون، والثقافة، والغذاء والزراعة، وتجارة التجزئة، والترفيه، بما يسهم في بناء الشراكات مع القطاع الخاص.
ويأتي إطلاق شركة "اردارا" تماشياً مع استراتيجية صندوق الاستثمارات العامة الهادفة لإطلاق قدرات القطاعات الواعدة في المملكة، ومنها قطاع السياحة والترفيه، وتعزيز جهود المملكة في تنويع مصادر الدخل.
وسيسهم المشروع في دعم الناتج المحلي غير النفطي بأكثر من 19 مليار ريال سعودي حتى العام 2030، واستحداث آلاف الوظائف لأبناء المنطقة وسكانها بحلول العام 2030، بالإضافة لانسجامه مع مستهدفات استراتيجية منطقة عسير "قمم وشيم"، التي أعلن عنها سمو ولي العهد ـ حفظه الله - في عام 2021.
