لندن ـ د ب أ: حطَّم ثوب ارتدته أميرة ويلز الراحلة ديانا، عام 1985، رقمًا قياسيًّا جديدًا في عالم الموضة، حيث تم بيعه في مزاد في هوليوود بـ11 ضعف سعره المقدر. وذكرت وكالة الأنباء البريطانية «بي إيه ميديا» أنَّه تم بيع فستان السهرة الأسود المخملي في دار مزادات جوليان بمبلغ إجمالي قدره مليون و148 ألف و80 دولارًا.
وقدر الخبراء سابقًا أنَّه من المرجَّح بيع الفستان بمبلغ 100 ألف دولار. ومع ذلك، وبسبب سعر البيع الفعلي، فإنَّ الفستان، الذي جاء كاملًا مع منصَّات الكتف، وتنورة أورجانزا زرقاء، ووشاح، أصبح الآن حامل الرقم القياسي الجديد كأغلى فستان ارتدته ديانا يُباع في مزاد. وحقق الرقم القياسي السابق ثوب مخملي صممه مصمم الأزياء فيكتور إدلشتاين عام 1991، حيث تم بيعه مقابل مبلغ 604 آلاف و800 دولار في مزاد في يناير الماضي. وهذا يعني أنَّ فستان ديانا لمصمم الأزياء المغربي ـ البريطاني جاك أزاجوري قد ضاعف الفارق بين المركزين الأول والثاني تقريبًا.

أعلنت شركة "عمار العقارية" عن طرح مُخطَّطَي "وسن" و"جوهرة المنار"؛ للبيع في مزادٍ علنيٍّ سيُقام يوم الإثنين 22 ديسمبر 2025 في الساعة الثالثة والنصف عصرًا، في قاعة "الدارة" بمدينة الدمام.
ويقع مُخطَّط "وسن" في قلب حي الأثير بمدينة الدمام، ويُعتبر من المشاريع العقارية المتميِّزة التي تجمع بين الاستخدامات السكنية والتجارية، ويشتمل المخطَّط على قِطَعٍ سكنيةٍ متعدِّدة الأدوار (حتى 3 أدوار) بمساحاتٍ تصل إلى 600 متر مربع، بالإضافة إلى قِطَعٍ تجاريةٍ بارتفاع 3 أدوار، وبمساحاتٍ تبلغ 1000 متر مربع.

ويضمُّ المخطَّط مجموعةً من قِطَع الأراضي السكنية والتجارية، ويتميَّز بتصميمٍ يراعي احتياجات السكَّان والمستثمرين. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يحتوي المشروع على حديقةٍ متكاملةٍ توفِّر بيئةً حيويةً ومثالية.
وفي هذا السياق، أكد فلاح فهد القحطاني، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "عمار العقارية"، أن مخطَّطَي "وسن" و"جوهرة المنار" يُقدِّمان فُرصًا استثماريةً متميِّزةً بفضل موقعهما الإستراتيجي والبنية التحتية المتكاملة، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه المشاريع تهدف لتلبية احتياجات السوق العقارية في الدمام، التي تشهد نموًّا ملحوظًا.
