لمناقشة تطوير المنشآت الصحية.. بدء الجلسة العامة لمجلس النواب

بدأت منذ قليل الجلسة العامة لمجلس النواب، ويناقش المجلس، اليوم الأحد، تقرير اللجنة المشتركة من لجنة الشئون الصحية ومكتب لجنة الشئون الدستورية والتشريعية عن مشروع قانون مُقدم من الحكومة في شأن تنظيم منح التزام المرافق العامة لإنشاء وإدارة وتشغيل وتطوير المنشآت الصحية.
ويهدف مشروع القانون إلى تنظيم آلية منح التزام المرافق العامة لإنشاء وإدارة وتشغيل المنشآت الصحية أو إدارة وتشغيل وتطوير المنشآت الصحية القائمة بما يسمح للقطاعين الخاص والأهلي المشاركة في تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية بما يؤدي إلي تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمواطنين ودعمها والعمل على رفع كفاءتها وانتشارها الجغرافي العادل.
كما يتضمن جدول أعمال جلسة مجلس النواب اليوم الأحد أخذ الرأي على تقارير لجنة الخطـة والموازنـة، عن:
أ - مشروع قانون بربط حساب ختامي الموازنة العامة للدولة للسنة المالية 2022 / 2023.
ب - مشروعات قوانين بربط الحسابات الختامية لموازنات الهيئات العامة الاقتصادية عن السنة المالية 2022 / 2023. (وعددها 59 مشروعا)
جـ - مشروع قانون بربط حساب ختامي موازنة الهيئة القومية للإنتاج الحربي عن السنة المالية 2022 / 2023.
د - مشروع قانون باعتماد الحساب الختامي لموازنة وزارة العدل والجهات التابعة لها (الديوان العام - مصلحة الخبراء - مصلحة الطب الشرعي - مصلحة الشهر العقاري والتوثيق) عن السنة المالية 2022 / 2023.
ويناقش اليوم تقرير اللجنة المشتركة من لجنة الشئون الاقتصادية، ومكتب لجنة الشئون الإفريقية عن قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 83 لسنة 2024 بشأن الموافقة على انضمام جمهورية مصر العربية إلى عضوية صندوق تنمية الصادرات في إفريقيا (FEDA).
كما يتضمن جدول أعمال الجلسة مناقشة تقرير اللجنة المشتركة من لجنة الزراعة والري والأمن الغذائي والثروة الحيوانية، ومكتبي لجنتي الشئون الاقتصادية، والعلاقات الخارجية عن قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 50 لسنة 2024 بشأن الموافقة على التعديل الثامن لاتفاقية "الأعمال الزراعية للتنمية الريفية وزيادة الدخول" بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية.
