عاجل إصدار قرارات إدارية بحق (8) مخالفين لأنظمة وتعليمات الحج لنقلهم (28) مخالفًا ليس لديهم تصريح بالحج

أعلنت وزارة الداخلية عن ضبط قوات أمن الحج بمداخل العاصمة المقدسة (8) مخالفين لأنظمة وتعليمات الحج (الحج بلا تصريح)، وهم (3) مقيمين و(5) مواطنين، لنقلهم (28) مخالفًا، وذلك حتى 26/ 11/ 1445 هـ الموافق 3/ 6/ 2024 م. وأصدرت اللجان الإدارية الموسمية بالمديرية العامة للجوازات بحقهم (8) قرارات إدارية، تضمنت: عقوبة السجن لمدة (15) يومًا لكل ناقل، وغرامة مالية قدرها (10,000) ريال وتتعدد الغرامة بتعدد كل مخالف يتم نقله، والتشهير بهم، وترحيل الناقلين من الوافدين مع منعهم من دخول المملكة وفقاً للمدد المحددة نظاماً بعد تنفيذ العقوبة، والمطالبة بمصادرة (3) مركبات مستخدمة في النقل قضائيًا.

وأوضح الدويش أن التصفيات الأولية أُقيمت في مختلف مدن ومحافظات المنطقة الشرقية، تمهيدًا لتأهل المشاركين إلى التصفيات النهائية على مستوى المملكة، مشيرًا إلى أن إجمالي جوائز المسابقة يبلغ سبعة ملايين ريال، تُوزع على الفائزين في مختلف فروعها.
