دعا المدير العام لشركة الوصول المبكر للخدمات اللوجستيه الاستاذ عزام بن محمد الحربي الى ضرورة العمل والتطوير في مجال الخدمات اللوجستيه المتعلقة بالاستيراد والتصدير التخليص بناء على ما تم وضعه من قواعد وانظمة مرتبطة بتنظيم العمل في هذا المجال وفق المعايير والقواعد المطروحه للنهوض بهذا القطاع وتسهيل الاجراءات وجعلها اكثر مرونه وتكيف مع الانظمة والقوانين.

واكد عزام ان العمل في مجال التخليص الجمركي يمثل العلاقة بين التجار والمستوردين وغيرهم وبين القطاع الحكومي والمنافذ سواء جوية و برية او بحرية لتسهيل اجراءات وانهاء متطلبات الاستيراد والتصدير دون عناء او كلفة وجهد وهنا تلعب الخبرة والمهارة والتخصص والجودة والاتقان والالتزام دورا كبيرا في ذلك وياتي كل ما ذكر لمواكبة ما تبقى من المرحلة المقبلة.

وتحدث عزام عن الخدمات اللوجستيه والتخليص الجمركي بقوله ان عملية التخليص الجمركي في السعودية من أهم العمليات التي يمر بها التاجر، وهي عملية تتم من خلال مرحلتين، مرحلة الإجراءات الروتينية والتي تضمن تقديم المستندات وتحضير الأوراق المطلوبة وتسديد الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب المطلوبة، والمرحلة الثانية هي مرحلة نقل البضائع، ولأهمية هذه العملية تقوم هيئة التخليص الجمركي في السعودية بتقديم لائحة تنظم هذه العملية وتوضحها لتسهل على التاجر الإجراءات.
