رفع وزير الزراعة والثروة السمكية والموارد المائية الدكتور رضوان الرباعي، برقية تهنئة لقائد الثورة السيد عبد الملك بدر الدين الحوثي، ورئيس المجلس السياسي الأعلى فخامة المشير الركن مهدي المشاط، بمناسبة العيد العاشر لثورة 21 سبتمبر المجيدة.
وأعرب الوزير الرباعي في البرقية عن أسمى آيات التهاني والتبريكات لقائد الثورة ورئيس المجلس السياسي الأعلى بهذه المناسبة الوطنية التي تأتي واليمن مستمر في الصمود والثبات في مواجهة العدوان.
وأشار إلى أن هذه الثورة منجز كبير للشعب اليمني كونها تواصل تحقيق تطلعاته في بناء دولة يمنية حديثة تنعم بالحرية والسيادة والاستقلال.
وجدد وزير الزراعة والثروة السمكية والموارد المائية العهد لقائد الثورة ورئيس المجلس السياسي الأعلى، بالمضي في تحقيق أهداف الثورة ومساراتها في البناء والتنمية.
