أخبار متعلقة الحرب العالمية الأولى.. من شرارة البداية إلى أبشع خسائر النهايةالإلكترونية الحديثة موزعا رسميا لماركة "بيسل" العالمية في المملكة العربية السعوديةأعلنت شركة "تلال العقارية" عن إطلاق مشروعها المُبتكر "قلب الخُبَر"، أحد أضخم المشاريع العقارية في المنطقة الشرقية، والذي تصل قيمته السوقية إلى 6 مليارات ريال عند اكتمال مراحله، وذلك خلال مشاركتها في معرض "سيتي سكيب العالمي" بالرياض، الذي يُقام خلال الفترة من 11 إلى 14 نوفمبر، بمركز الرياض للمعارض والمؤتمرات في "ملهم" شمال الرياض.

يأتي هذا المشروع الفريد من نوعه كخطوةٍ حيويةٍ نحو تعزيز رؤية المملكة 2030، والتي تهدف إلى توفير السكن المُلائم للأسر السعودية، من خلال إسهامه في توفير بيئةٍ حضريةٍ مستدامةٍ وصديقةٍ للمشاة، ويُعزِّز أسلوب حياةٍ متكاملًا في قلب مدينة الخُبَر.
ويمتدُّ مشروع "قلب الخُبَر" على مساحةٍ إجماليةٍ تُقدَّر بـ268,813 مترًا مربعًا، ويضمُّ المشروع الذي يتبوَّأ موقعًا إستراتيجيًّا في حي الروابي الفاخر بالخُبَر؛ 14 مكوّنًا تشمل مرافق سكنيةً وتجاريةً، وفنادق وأماكن ترفيهية؛ ليكون من أبرز المجتمعات المتكاملة في المملكة، التي تُجسِّد مفهوم "القرية الحضرية"؛ حيث يوفِّر بيئةً آمنةً ومرنةً تجمع بين السكن والعمل والترفيه في مكانٍ واحد.
وفي تعليقه على إطلاق هذا المشروع النوعيّ، قال عبد الرحمن البسَّام، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "تلال العقارية": "إن مشروع (قلب الخُبَر) يُعَدُّ بمثابة خُطوةٍ إستراتيجية نحو مستقبل المدن الذكية والمتكاملة في المملكة؛ حيث يُسهم في تحقيق جودة حياةٍ استثنائيةٍ للمقيمين والزُّوَّار على حدٍّ سواء.
وأضاف: "هدفنا الرئيسي هو تقديم تجربة حياةٍ متميِّزةٍ تجمع بين الاستدامة، الراحة، والرفاهية، ونتطلع إلى أن يكون (قلب الخُبَر) نموذجًا يُحتذى به في تحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030، وتعزيز مكانة الخُبَر كوجهةٍ جاذبةٍ للعيش والاستثمار."
وختم البسَّام تصريحه قائلًا: "إننا نتطلَّع إلى الانتهاء من مراحل المشروع الثلاث خلال الأعوام القادمة، ونثق في أن هذا المشروع سيُضيف قيمةً نوعيةً للمنطقة الشرقية، ويضع معايير جديدة لتطوير المجتمعات الحضرية في المملكة."
الجدير بالذِّكر أن مشروع "قلب الخُبَر" يتميَّز بتصميمه الفريد الذي يُراعي احتياجات المشاة؛ حيث تصل نسبة إمكانية التنقل سيرًا على الأقدام إلى 89%؛ مما يُسهِّل الوصول إلى معظم المرافق والخدمات دون الحاجة إلى السيارات؛ حيث يُسهم هذا التصميم في تعزيز الصحة العامة، والتفاعل الاجتماعي بين السكان، وخلق بيئةٍ معيشيةٍ متكاملةٍ في قلب مدينة الخُبَر.
ويتضمَّن المشروع مرافق متعدِّدة تشمل مركزًا تجاريًّا، متنزه أعمال، مركزًا اجتماعيًّا، سينما، فنادق، شققًا خدمية، مساحات للعمل المشترك، وأماكن ترفيهية؛ ما يجعله بيئةً مثاليةً للعيش والعمل.
