تفاصيل مزاد القطن المقبل للوجه البحري.. الموعد وسعر القنطار

تستعد مختلف محافظات الوجه البحري من أجل عقد المزاد الثاني لها، وحددت مختلف مديريات الزراعة تفاصيل مزاد القطن للوجه البحري القادم سواء الموعد وتجمعات القطن في الحلقات، وسعر قنطار القطن في المزاد.
وكشف المهندس محمد السيد وكيل وزارة الزراعة بمحافظة الدقهلية لـ«الوطن»، أنه يجرى الاستعداد في الوقت الحالي داخل الحلقات من أجل عقد مزاد آخر للوجه البحري، والذي من المتوقع له أن يكون خلال هذا الأسبوع في أواخر شهر نوفمبر.
وأكد أنه يجرى عقد مزاد الوجه البحري داخل محافظة الإسكندرية في الهيئة الخاصة به مثل المزاد السابق، ويكون سعر الضمان الخاص بالوجه البحري هو 12 ألف جنيه.
وفيما يتعلق بالشركات المشتركة في المزاد فحتى الوقت الحالي، جرى بيع القطن سواء للوجه البحري أو القبلي لشركة مصر للقطن بسعر 12 ألف لطويل التيلة للوجه البحري، و10000 لقصير التيلة للوجه القبلي.
وأكد «السيد» أنه يوجد كميات كبيرة من القطن داخل الحلقات في انتظار المزاد من أجل بيعه للشركات التي تشارك في المزاد وقت عقده، بعد أن تم بيع حوالي 20% من النسبة المتواجدة في الحلقات.
إقبال كبير على توريد القطن في الحلقاتوأضاف أن الإقبال على التوريد هذا العام كان بشكل كبير من التجار والمزارعين من أجل المشاركة بالقطن الخاص بهم في مزادات الوجه البحري، وبالفعل تم بيع كمية من الكميات المتواجدة، في الحلقات في المزاد السابق بسعر 12 ألف جنيه، وهو نفس سعر الضمان، وتستعد المحافظة مع الوجه البحري لبيع الباقي في المزادات المقبلة.

أعلنت شركة "عمار العقارية" عن طرح مُخطَّطَي "وسن" و"جوهرة المنار"؛ للبيع في مزادٍ علنيٍّ سيُقام يوم الإثنين 22 ديسمبر 2025 في الساعة الثالثة والنصف عصرًا، في قاعة "الدارة" بمدينة الدمام.
ويقع مُخطَّط "وسن" في قلب حي الأثير بمدينة الدمام، ويُعتبر من المشاريع العقارية المتميِّزة التي تجمع بين الاستخدامات السكنية والتجارية، ويشتمل المخطَّط على قِطَعٍ سكنيةٍ متعدِّدة الأدوار (حتى 3 أدوار) بمساحاتٍ تصل إلى 600 متر مربع، بالإضافة إلى قِطَعٍ تجاريةٍ بارتفاع 3 أدوار، وبمساحاتٍ تبلغ 1000 متر مربع.
