تحت رعاية الملك.. هيئة التخصصات الصحية تحتفي بأكثر من 13 ألف خريج وخريجة الأحد المقبل

تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود - حفظه الله -، تحتفي الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية يوم الأحد الموافق 8 ديسمبر الجاري، بتخريج أكثر من 13 ألف خريج وخريجة من متدربيها في برامج البورد السعودي والأكاديمية الصحية لعام 2024م، وذلك في رحاب استاد الأول بارك.
وبهذه المناسبة، رفع معالي وزير الصحة رئيس مجلس أمناء الهيئة الأستاذ فهد بن عبدالرحمن الجلاجل، أسمى آيات الشكر والعرفان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين - أيده الله - على رعايته الكريمة لهذا الحفل، التي تعكس الدعم المستمر والاهتمام الكبير من القيادة الرشيدة - حفظها الله - للارتقاء بالقطاع الصحي، بما يخدم سلامة وصحة الإنسان.

من جانبه، أعرب الأمين العام للهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية الدكتور أوس بن إبراهيم الشمسان، عن اعتزاز الهيئة بتخريج الكفاءات الوطنية والدولية، مؤكدًا أن هذا الإنجاز يُجسّد رؤية القيادة الرشيدة - حفظها الله - في الارتقاء بمستوى القطاع الصحي.
وأوضح أن عدد خريجي برامج البورد السعودي لهذا العام بلغ 5125 خريجًا وخريجة، تلقوا تدريبهم في بيئة تعليمية صُممت وفق أعلى معايير التعليم الصحي في أكثر من 170 تخصصًا صحيًا، شملت: 3475 خريجًا من برامج الاختصاص، و475 خريجًا من برامج الدبلوم، و1165 خريجًا من برامج الزمالة. وأضاف أن الأكاديمية الصحية أسهمت في تأهيل 8088 خريجًا وخريجة، تلقوا تدريبهم في 8 تخصصات نوعية؛ ليشكلوا إضافة قيّمة للممارسين الصحيين في المرافق الصحية، مؤهلين بالمعرفة والخبرة لخدمة مجتمعهم ووطنهم.
وأشار إلى أن برامج البورد السعودي حظي باهتمام دولي، حيث بلغ عدد الخريجين الدوليين لهذا العام 147 خريجًا يمثلون 21 دولة، ما يعكس البُعد العالمي لهذه البرامج ودورها في تعزيز الكفاءات الصحية على المستويين المحلي والدولي.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية أطلقت برامج البورد السعودي في عام 1994م، تأكيدًا لدورها الريادي في وضع البرامج التخصصية المهنية واعتمادها والإشراف على تنفيذها.
وتُعد هذه البرامج الشهادة الأرفع في مجال التخصص الصحي، إذ تستند إلى تطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة والكفاءة في المستشفيات المعتمدة من قبل الهيئة، التي يتم اختيارها بناءً على توفر متطلبات محددة للاعتماد. ويُشرف على التدريب لجان إشرافية مختصة تضم مدربين مؤهلين، ومديري البرامج، والممثلين النظاميين للشؤون الأكاديمية والتدريب، إلى جانب ممثلين عن المتدربين في كل لجنة، وذلك بهدف رفع كفاءة الكوادر الطبية، وتعزيز تنافسيتها عالميًا، وضمان جاهزيتها لتلبية متطلبات القطاع الصحي في مختلف مراحله.
وتأتي هذه الجهود ضمن إطار الاستثمار في المواهب والكفاءات الوطنية، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
