ما هي شهادة بلس الثلاثية؟ووفقا لموقع البنك التجاري الدولي، CIB، فإن شهادة بلس الثلاثية هي وعاء إدخاري يمكن للأفراد الراغبين في استثمار مدخراتهم الاكتتاب فيها، بعائد سنوي ثابت يصل إلى 17.
وأوضح أكبر بنك خاص بالسوق المحلى من حيث الأصول، بنك CIB، أن شهادة بلس الثلاثية تتميز بأنه يمكن استرداد قيمتها بعد فترة قصيرة من الاكتتاب، وتتيح كسر الشهادة بعد مرور 6 أشهر على عملية الشراء ويتم استرداد قيمتها حنيها بالكامل.
شروط الاكتتاب في شهادة بلس الثلاثيةووفقا لموقع البنك، فإن شهادة بلس الثلاثية تشترط الآتي:
مدة الشهادة 3 سنوات.العائد سنوى، ويمكن صرفه بشكل شهري ومنتظم.يبدأ الاكتتاب فى شهادة بلس الثلاثية من CIB من مبلغ 500 ألف جنيه.العائد ثابت طوال فترة الشهادة، وحتى يحين موعد الاستحقاق.يتيح البنك للعميل استرداد كلي أو جزئي لقيمة الشهادة، بشرط مرور 6 أشهر على يوم العمل التالى للاكتتاب.يمكن الاقتراض بضمان الشهادة حتى 95% من قيمتها.المصدر: بوابة الفجر
