نجحت وساطة قبلية من إنهاء قضية قتل بين آل غلاب وآل المقالح من قبائل محافظة إب.
وخلال الصلح القبلي الذي أشرف عليه نائب رئيس مجلس الشورى ضيف الله رسام، وقاده المشايخ محمد صالح غلاب وملاطف غلاب وعبدالجليل المقالح ومحمد حزام المقالح والقاضي نشوان غلاب والدكتور محمد علي المقالح والدكتور عبدالله المقالح، أعلن أولياء دم المجني عليه عزام منصور المقالح العفو عن الجاني يوسف غالب غلاب لوجه الله تعالى.
وثمن نائب رئيس مجلس الشورى رسام، موقف آل المقالح في العفو الشامل عن الجاني من آل غلاب استجابة لدعوة قائد الثورة السيد عبدالملك الحوثي في إصلاح ذات البين وحل النزاعات والخلافات ومعالجة القضايا المجتمعية.
وأشار إلى أن عفو آل المقالح يُجسد كرم وأخلاق القبيلة اليمنية وقيمها النبيلة التي أثبتت أصالتها وتلاحمها من خلال وقوفها بكل حزم وقوة وبتوحيد صفوفها ونبذ الفرقة والخلافات والتفرغ لمواجهة العدوان ومرتزقته.
ودعا نائب رئيس مجلس الشورى، إلى تعزيز اللحمة بين أبناء اليمن الواحد ونبذ الخلافات وحل النزاعات والسمو فوق الجراح .. معتبراً مثل هذه المواقف للقبيلة اليمنية وأبناء إب رسالة للعدوان وأدواته بوقوف الشعب اليمني صفاً واحداً بقيادة واحدة وعزمهم على لم الشمل وتوحيد الجبهة الداخلية .
من جانبه أشاد القائم بأعمال رئيس الهيئة العامة لشؤون القبائل الشيخ عبدالغني رسام بموقف أولياء الدم من آل المقالح في التنازل عن القضية وإغلاق ملفها.
