وشدد على أن الكويت حكومةً وشعباً ملتزمة بالحقوق الفلسطينية والعربية كافة، والمساندة والتكاتف العربي منهجية نؤمن بها ونعمل من أجلها، مؤكداً أن الكويت ستكون إلى جانب هيئة الأسرى بما تقدمه من رعاية وخدمات ومتابعات للأسرى والمحررين.
