"الوطنية للإسكان" تعلن تطبيق التمويل العقاري المخفض 2.59% "بدون تحديد سقف رواتب"

أعلنت الوطنية للإسكان NHC عن تطبيق نسبة التمويل المخفضة "أقل هامش ربح تمويلي" المقدم من صندوق التنمية العقارية على جميع المشاريع السكنية التي تعمل على تطويرها في الضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية بنسبة تصل لـ 2.59% بدون تحديد سقف رواتب ولعدد أول 10 آلاف عقد بيع على الخارطة مع 4 بنوك محلية.
وأعلنت الشركة عن بدء تنفيذ عقود التمويل مع أربع بنوك محلية هي مصرف الراجحي، البنك الأهلي السعودي، بنك البلاد، البنك الأول، ودعت الراغبين في الشراء في الضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية إلى استكمال الإجراءات التعاقدية والاستفادة من العرض الذي يستهدف 10 آلاف مواطن بحسب أولوية الحجز.

يذكر أن الشركة الوطنية للإسكان تعتبر الرائدة والممكنة لقطاع التطوير العقاري في المملكة، وتعد أكبر مطور رئيس للضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية التي تتسم بمقومات جودة الحياة، من خلال تطوير 8 ضواحٍ و6 مجتمعات عمرانية على مساحة أكثر من 120 مليون م2 تتسع لأكثر من مليون شخص، وذلك في إطار حرص الشركة على زيادة المعروض العقاري بخيارات سكنية وفق معايير عالمية، لتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 برفع نسبة التملّك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%.
