وفي هذا الصدد، أكد رئيس قسم الجراحة ومدير المجموعة لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا في ألكون، فادي الصفدي، على البعد الإنساني والتنموي لتقنيات رعاية العيون، قائلاً: "إن وضوح الرؤية عنصر أساسي يمسّ طريقة تعلّم الإنسان، وإنتاجيته، وجودة حياته اليومية. ومن خلال الجمع بين الحلول الجراحية المتقدمة وبرامج التعليم الطبي، نعمل على تمكين الجيل القادم من أطباء العيون السعوديين بالمهارات والأدوات التي تؤهلهم لتقديم رعاية بمستويات عالمية—وبما يعزز جودة حياة الملايين انسجامًا مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030".
ومن جانبها، صرّحت نائبة الرئيس لقطاع الجراحة التجارية في الأسواق الناشئة والنامية بشركة ألكون، حجيبة راوي، قائلة: "يُجسد مؤتمر الجمعية السعودية لطب العيون الحراك المتسارع الذي تشهده المملكة في تطوير منظومة الرعاية الصحية، ويعكس التزامها بتبني أحدث الممارسات الطبية عالميًا. كما أننا في ألكون نعتز بدورنا كشريك موثوق في هذا التحوّل، إذ نعمل من خلال شراكاتنا الإستراتيجية ومركز ألكون التدريبي على تمكين أطباء العيون من اكتساب مهارات متقدمة وإتقان التقنيات الجراحية الحديثة، بما يضمن تقديم رعاية نوعية ومستدامة للمرضى اليوم وفي المستقبل".
ابتكار ينعكس على حياة الناس اليومية
استكشف زوّار المؤتمر العروض التعليمية التفاعلية التي قدّمتها ألكون، والتي ركّزت على كيفية مساهمة تقنيات رعاية العيون الحديثة في استعادة البصر لمرضى المياه البيضاء (الساد) والتخفيف من أعراض جفاف العين — وهما من أكثر مشكلات الرؤية شيوعًا في المملكة.
أطلقت ألكون في الركن التعليمي أنشطة مبتكرة تُماثل بيئات التدريب المتقدمة المتوفرة في مركز ألكون التدريبي في جدة – أول مركز تدريبي من نوعه في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا – والذي يمثّل اليوم جزءًا أساسيًا من إستراتيجية التعليم والتطوير المهني في السعودية.
وشملت التجارب المقدمة خلال المؤتمر:
جهاز Fidelis للمحاكاة بالواقع الافتراضي: أداة تدريبية متقدمة تمكّن الأطباء من ممارسة جراحة المياه البيضاء ضمن بيئة افتراضية تحاكي الواقع بدقة.
مختبر جراحة العيون الرطب (Wet Lab): حيث نفّذ الأطباء عمليات محاكاة لجراحات المياه البيضاء والشبكية باستخدام عيون صناعية، تحت إشراف مدربين من الجمعية السعودية لطب العيون.
البث المباشر: الذي أتاح نقل جلسات مختبر جراحة العيون الرطب إلى الأطباء والطلاب في أنحاء المنطقة ممن لم يتمكنوا من الحضور شخصيًا.
وتعكس هذه التجارب العملية الدور الذي يقوم به مركز ألكون التدريبي في جدة، وهو مركز تدريبي رائد إقليميًا يوفّر برامج تعليمية على مدار العام للمتخصصين في رعاية وطب العيون في المملكة. ويسهم المركز في تطوير الخبرات المحلية من خلال الدورات المتقدمة وبرامج الإرشاد والمحاكاة الجراحية المتقدمة.
بناء مستقبل أكثر إشراقًا لقطاع رعاية العيون
كما استعرضت ألكون خلال المؤتمر مجموعة من أحدث تقنياتها في الجراحة ورعاية العيون، بما في ذلك:
العدسات داخل العين المتقدمة: عدسات تُزرع أثناء جراحة المياه البيضاء لاستعادة وضوح الرؤية وتقليل الاعتماد على النظارات.
مجموعة قطرات ترطيب العين: المصممة لتخفيف أعراض جفاف العين، هو أحد أكثر اضطرابات العين شيوعًا، خصوصًا في المملكة نظرًا لطبيعتها المناخية الجافة وارتفاع معدلات استخدام الشاشات الرقمية.
