"بسبب تشغيلها دون ترخيص".. غلق وتشميع مستشفى خاص في أسيوط

واصل الدكتور محمد زين الدين حافظ، وكيل وزارة الصحة بأسيوط حملاته على المستشفيات العلاجية غير الحكومية الخاصة بمراكز ومدن المحافظة وحيث أصدر توجيهاته للدكتورة هالة عبد المعطي مدير إدارة العلاج الحر بمديريةالصحةبأسيوط ومديري الإدارات الصحية ومفتشي العلاج الحر ومكافحة العدوى، والسلامة والصحة المهنية، ووحدة التخلص الآمن من النفايات الطبية الخطرة” بالمديرية بالتنسيق مع مختلف الإدارات الصحية بكافة مراكز ومدن أسيوط بهدف الوقوف على استيفاء هذه المنافذ للاشتراطات الصحية ومطابقة شروط الترخيص وتطبيق معايير وسياسات الجودة ومكافحة العدوى والتأكد من تطبيق تلك المنشآت للاشتراطات البيئية في التخلص الأمن من المخلفات الطبية الخطرة
وأسفرت جهود الحملة المشكلة بالتنسيق مع الإدارة الصحية بمركز ديروط تحت قيادة الدكتور جمال حريز مدير الإدارة الصحية بمركز ديروط وبالتعاون مع الإدارة الصحية بمركز القوصية تحت قيادة الدكتور خالد عبد العال مدير الادارة الصحية بالقوصية والفريق المشكل من الدكتور وائل ناجح منسق فريق العلاج الحر بالادارة الصحية بمركز القوصية بالتعاون والتنسيق مع فريق العلاج الحر بالادارة الصحية بمركز القوصية اسفرت عن غلق وتشميع مستشفى خاص بمركز ومدينة القوصية تعمل بكامل طاقته دون ترخيص وبه نقص شديد في الاشتراطات الصحية، وبه العديد من المخالفات، والتي تخص معايير الجودة وسياسات مكافحة العدوى، وإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية، واتّخذت جميع الإجراءات القانونية، وتحرير المحضر اللازم بقسم شرطة القوصية وتشميع المستشفى في وجود الأجهزة الأمنية
وأكد الدكتور محمد زين الدين حافظ وكيل وزارة الصحة بأسيوط على استمرار الحملات المكثفة بصحة اسيوط لمتابعة المنشآت الطبية، ومختلف المنشآت الأخرى بالمحافظة، وعدم التهاون في اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال المخالفات، والتي من شأنها عدم المساس بصحة وسلامة المواطنين بمحافظة أسيوط

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إستئصال ورماً ليفياً ضخماً، لمراجعة تبلغ من العمر 52 عاماً، عانت لعدة أشهر من نوبات حادة من الألم بمنطقة الحوض ونزيف دموي متكرر، يزداد حدته مع الدورة الشهرية ، هذا ما أوضحته الدكتورة رشا الخليلي استشارية النساء والولادة رئيسة الفريق الطبي المعالج.
أخبار متعلقة طقس الأربعاء.. موجة حارة على أجزاء من المنطقة الشرقية"حج بصحة" تستهدف 12 ألف حاج بوقاية وتطعيمات عبر منافذ الشرقيةوالتي أضافت بأنه عند وصول المراجعة للعيادة والإستماع إلى شكواها، والإطلاع على ملفها الطبي وإجراء الفحص السريري، تبين وجود انتفاخ شديد بالبطن كما لو أنها حامل في الشهر التاسع، وألم شديد في منطقة أسفل البطن مع حدوث نزيف بشكل شبه دوري، والشعور الدائم في الرغبة بالتبول، نتيجة الضغط الزائد على المثانة، وعلى الفور تم إخضاعها لفحوصات طبية دقيقة بالأشعة الصوتية والتصوير المقطعي (C.T Scan) والتحاليل المخبرية.
وكشفت نتائج الفحوصات عن وجود ورم ليفي ضخم بطول 24 سم منتشر داخل الرحم وممتد إلى منطقة القفص الصدري، وهو المتسبب في كافة الأعراض التي عانت منها المراجعة خلال الأشهر الماضية، هذا بالإضافة إلى نقص حاد في نسبة الحديد بالجسم ناتج عن النزيف. إذ تم تشكيل فريق طبي مكون من استشاريي جراحة النساء والولادة والأورام والعناية المركزة والتخدير والمسالك البولية، وعقب انتهائهم من دراسة كافة النتائج اتخذوا القرار بضرورة التدخل الجراحي العاجل لإستئصال الورم والحيلولة دون إصابة المراجعة بمزيد من المضاعفات الخطرة.
مفيدةً بأن العملية استغرقت ساعتين، وتم فيها وضع قسطرتين في الحوالب للتاكد من سلامتهما، وتحرير الورم من التصاقاته واستئصاله بالكامل، تبع ذلك تنظيف المنطقة ومحيطها، و استكمال العملية ثم ازالة قسطرة الحالب بعد الإنتهاء من العمل الجراحي بنجاح و دون مضاعفات. و قد خرجت المريضة الى غرفتها دون الحاجة لدخول العناية الفائقة، كما انها تلقت رعاية طبية لمدة ثلاثة ايام في جناح التنويم، بعد أن تم إعطائها الأدوية التحفظية والفيتامينات اللازمة، خرجت عقبها من المستشفى وهي بصحة جيدة، وقد انتهت لديها كافة الأعراض السابق ذكرها وعادت لتمارس حياتها بصورة طبيعية.
