شراكة بين آركابيتا وDSV لبناء مركز لوجستي عصري مستدام في جبل علي

أعلنت اليوم آركابيتا غروب هولدنغز ليمتد ("آركابيتا")، الشركة العالمية المتخصصة في إدارة الاستثمارات البديلة، عن شراكة استراتيجية مع DSV، شركة الخدمات اللوجستية العالمية الرائدة، لتطوير مركز لوجستي في المنطقة الحرة بجبل علي. ويمتد المشروع على مساحة 30,000 متر مربع، حيث يجري تطويره حاليا بمواصفات تقنية متقدمة.

ويفتح هذا المشروع آفاقًا جديدة للتعاون بين آركابيتا وDSV بالتركيز على الاستدامة والابتكار. وقد باشرت مجموعة أمانة، الشركة الإقليمية الرائدة في تصميم وبناء المنشآت الصناعية والتجارية، في تنفيذ أعمال البناء رسميًا خلال حفل تدشين خاص. وتهدف أمانة من خلال توظيف تقنيات البناء المعياري، والتصميم الرقمي، إلى تسليم منشأة عالية الجودة وصديقة للبيئة خلال 11 شهراً.
تم تصميم المركز الوجستي وفقًا لأعلى المعايير العالمية التي ترتكز على الاستدامة والابتكار، ويشتمل على أنظمة ميكنة متطورة، وشهادة اعتماد لكفاءة استخدام الطاقة وفقًا لنظام LEED للريادة في مجالي الطاقة والتصميم البيئي، حيث تستوفي أعمال بنائه جميع شروط المحافظة على البيئة، بمواصفات مثلى لدعم قطاعات رئيسية، منها الرعاية الصحية والصناعات الاستهلاكية وتجارة التجزئة والتكنولوجيا والسيارات والمشتقات الصناعية، بطاقة استيعابية تتسع لخمس وسبعين ألف طبلية، ومساحة مخصصة لمناولة المواد الخطرة، كبطاريات الليثيوم على سبيل المثال، بالإضافة إلى مساحة تخزين خارجية ضخمة مغطاة. وإلى جانب ذلك، سوف يقدم المركز الوجستي خدمات متخصصة بأقصى عناية ممكنة أثناء مناولة الإرساليات الحساسة ومرتفعة القيمة، وعلى الأخص منتجات الرعاية الصحية والسلع الفاخرة.

وأضاف كريس ميندونكا، العضو المنتدب لشركة DSV دبي أن هذا المشروع "يجسد مدى التزامنا بتقدم حلول لوجستية مبتكرة ومستدامة لعملائنا. كما أنه يبين مدى تركيزنا الاستراتيجي على الصناعات الاشتقاقية الرئيسية، وسعينا إلى تلبية حجم الطلب المتزايد في المنطقة".
يمثّل هذا المركز الوجستي المرحلة الثانية من الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين آركابيتا وDSV القائمة على التعاون القوي والرؤية المشتركة للابتكار في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية. ويجري العمل على بناء هذا المركز ضمن الجزء الجنوبي من مجمع DSV في المنطقة الحرة بجبل علي، بما يعزز وجود DSV في دبي التي تعتبر محورًا إقليميًا هامًا وأساسيًا للتجارة العالمية.
