بن داود القابضة تحصل على درع تكريمي من الهيئة العامة للمنافسة

حصلت شركة بن داود القابضة على درع تكريمي من الهيئة العامة للمنافسة لكونها من أوائل الشركات التي حصلت على شهادة الامتثال في المملكة العربية السعودية و الذي تم في حفل إطلاق بوابة الامتثال الإلكترونية الذي نظمته الهيئة العامة للمنافسة برعاية معالي رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة الدكتور أحمد بن عبدالكريم الخليفي و ذلك يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 5/12/2023م بمدينة الرياض.
و تعد هذه الشهادة إحدى مبادرات الهيئة العامة للمنافسة لدعم امتثال المنشآت لنظام المنافسة ولائحته التنفيذية و قد حصلت الشركة على شهادة الامتثال من الهيئة العامة للمنافسة بتاريخ 04/06/2023م.
وتؤكد شركة بن داود القابضة على حرصها الدائم على تطبيق أعلى معايير الامتثال بالأنظمة واللوائح والتعليمات. يأتي هذا التكريم نتيجة لحرص الشركة متمثلة في مجلس إدارتها وإدارتها التنفيذية بالاهتمام في كل ما يتعلق بالالتزام بالأنظمة واللوائح ودعمها لأي برامج وخطط وإجراءات لضمان الالتزام الكامل، و يأتي هذا التكريم من الهيئة العامة للمنافسة كدعم وتأكيد على الخطوات المتقدمة التي تتخذها الشركة في هذا الخصوص.
