مسؤول بـ«طب الأسرة والمجتمع»: ثبت علميا سلامة وفاعلية اللقاحات على الأم الحامل

أكد نائب رئيس الجمعية السعودية لطب الأسرة والمجتمع، د. أشرف أمير، أنه قد ثبت علميا سلامة وفاعلية اللقاحات على الأم الحامل.
وأضاف خلال مداخلة مع قناة «الإخبارية» أن التطعيمات تمت دراستها من خلال دراسات مستفيضة عالمية وتم إقرارها من قبل المنظمات العالمية.
وأشار أمير إلى نسبة تطعيمات الكبار بلغت 35% على المستوى العالمي وكذلك على المستوى المحلي، وذلك بسبب عدم وصول المعلومة الصحيحة إلى الفئات المستهدفة.
ولفت إلى أن التطعيمات تحمي من أمراض الدفتريا والسعال الديكي والتيتانوس، وهي أمراض قد تشكل خطورة على الأم وعلى الجنين وقد تؤدي إلى مضاعفات أو تشويه الجنين.
وأضاف أمير أن حال أخذ المرأة الحامل هذه التطعيمات الثلاث خلال الأسابيع من 27 – 36 فتتكون أجساما مضادة تصل إلى الجنين وتعطيه حماية في أول شهرين بعد الولادة.

وألقت رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية التطوع، الدكتورة مشاعل العصيمي، كلمةً أعربت فيها عن شكرها وامتنانها لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية على دعمه ورعايته وتشجيعه الدائم للمتطوعين، وأكدت أن برنامج "تطوع الشرقية" يُعد اللبنة الأولى في برنامج أشمل يحمل اسم "تطوع المناطق"، ويخضع لإشراف ومتابعة إدارة العمل التطوعي بالمركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي، الذي يبذل جهودًا حثيثة في تطوير العمل التطوعي وكياناته، وتبنّي التجارب الناجحة وتعميمها، بما يعزز فاعلية القطاع غير الربحي في المساهمة في الناتج المحلي.
