أمير الشرقية : أرقام هدر الطعام محزنه ومخيفة.. النعم تدوم بالشكر وتزول بالإسراف

نوه صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبد العزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية بالدعم الكبير الذي تحضى به الجمعيات الخيرية في المملكة من حكومة خادم الحرمين الشريفين وسمو ولي عهده الأمين – حفظهم الله –بما يمكنها من تقديم المساعدة للمحتاجين والمستفيدين في كل مكان.
جاء ذلك خلال استقبال سموه في مجلسه الأسبوعي "الاثنينية" بديوان الإمارة مساء الاثنين، بحضور صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية، أصحاب السمو والفضيلة والمعالي ومديري الجهات الحكومية، ورئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية بنك الطعام السعودي ( إطعام ) والرئيس التنفيذي وعدد من منسوبي الجمعية .

أخبار متعلقة قبل توزيعها.. حملة مشتركة تضبط 3 أطنان ”برتقال وبطاطس“ فاسدة بالدمامحملة توعية لنشر ثقافة الانضباط بمدارس الشرقيةوقال سموه " إن أرقام هدر الأطعمة الصادرة عن الجهات الرسمية كبيرة، ومخيفه فهي ليست بالكيلو جرامات، ولكنها تصل مع الأسف إلى الأطنان ومن كل الأغذية، وهذا أمر محزن ومقلق ويجب معالجته، وهذه الأرقام المروعة تتطلب من كل شخص أن يبدأ بالمحافظة على النعم التي منحها الله سبحانه وتعالى لنا ، وأن نبدأ بأنفسنا بالعمل على الترشيد في الاستهلاك بدءاً من البيت ثم محيط الأسرة ثم المجتمع ".
وأضاف سموه " ليس عيباً أن نقوم بتناول أطعمة تم حفظها صحياً في اليوم التالي لإعدادها ، بل هو "عين العقل وعين الحكمة"، وعلينا أن نبتعد عن المبالغة والإسراف وديننا الحنيف يحثنا على عدم الإسراف وعدم المباهاة، فالنعم ولله الحمد موجودة لكنها تدوم بالشكر وتزول بالهدر ".
وقال سموه " تقوم جمعية " إطعام " بدور مميز في توعية الناس بمنع هدر الطعام ويجب أن نتعاون مع هذه الجمعية حتى نساعدها على أداء رسالتها النبيلة في حفظ النعمة من الهدر ، وأشكر الجمعية وكل من يعمل بها وأدعو الله أن تتسع قاعدتها لتشمل جميع مناطق بلادنا الحبيبة ".
من جانبه أوضح رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية بنك الطعام السعودي " إطعام" عبد اللطيف الراجحي أن "الجمعية حققت إنجازات على مدى 14 عاماً ، ولم تكن لتكون إلا بفضل من الله عز وجل وتوفيقه ، ثم بدعم وتوجيه ورعاية دائمة من سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية ، حتى أصبحت " إطعام " اليوم ولله الحمد والمنة حاضرة في كافة مناطق المملكة ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بعد أن نقلت تجربتها لدول الجوار من خلال إطلاق بنكي الطعام في مملكة البحرين وسلطنة عمان ".
وأضاف بأننا "اليوم ونحن نستعد لإطلاق الخطة الاستراتيجية الثانية للفترة ( 2025 - 2030 ) نعمل على الاستفادة القصوى من كافة الفرص المتاحة لمعالجة قضية الهدر الغذائي ،ومواصلة ابتكار النماذج الريادية والتسويقية لتقديم خدمات الرعاية الغذائية المستدامة لذوي الظروف الاجتماعية الخاصة ، مع مواصلة رحلة الاستدامة والتحول نحو العمل الاستثماري غير الربحي بوسائل أكثر مرونة".
