باشرت الفرق الرقابية المشتركة للبرنامج الوطني لمكافحة التستر التجاري إغلاق منشأة تجارية لصيانة السيارات وتصفية نشاطها في محافظة الأحساء لتورط القائمين عليها في ارتكاب جريمة التستر .

. أول جمعية متخصصة في تاريخ الأحساءوأصدرت محكمة الاستئناف بالمنطقة الشرقية حكمًا نهائيًا ضد مواطنة ووكيلها الشرعي لتمكينهما مقيمًا بنجلاديشي من استغلال السجل التجاري للمنشأة في العمل لحسابه الخاص وإدارة وتشغيل المنشأة والإشراف على العمالة، وتحويل الأموال الناتجة عن نشاطه غير المشروع خارج المملكة.
‏وتضمنت العقوبات المفروضة إغلاق المنشأة وتصفية نشاطها، وشطب السجل التجاري، وتغريم المخالفين، وإبعاد المتستر عليه عن المملكة بعد استيفاء العقوبة.
يذكر أن البرنامج الوطني لمكافحة التستر التجاري حدد 10 معايير لالتزام المنشآت بقواعد السوق المعتمدة لدى الجهات الحكومية، ويتم متابعتها بشكل مستمر.
