وزير العدل يستقبل وفد قضائي من جمهورية فيتنام ومسئولي البنك الدولي (صور)

استقبل المستشار عمر مروان وزير العدل، اليوم الاثنين، بديوان الوزارة بالعاصمة الإدارية وفد قضائي من جمهورية فيتنام برئاسة فام كيوك هانج - نائب رئيس محكمة الشعب العليا - والوفد المرافق له، وكذلك مسئولى البنك الدولي المعنيين بالملف لبحث سُبل الاستفادة من التجربة المصرية في مجال تطوير منظومة الإفلاس، وإعادة هيكلة الأعمال، وحضر اللقاء لفيف من قيادات وزارة العدل.
واستعرض وزير العدل القوانين و الآليات الجديدة المستحدثة في منظومة الإفلاس وإعادة الهيكلة، والتي تهدف إلي الأخذ بيد المتعثرين وإتاحة فرص بديلة لتحفيز مناخ الاستثمار ودعم نشاط الدولة الاقتصادي، كما أبرز دور القضاء المتخصص في التعامل مع منظومة الإفلاس.
ومن جانبه أشاد فام كيوك هانج - رئيس الوفد الفيتنامي- بالتطورات التي لحقت منظومة الإفلاس، مشيرًا إلي أهمية الاستفادة من خبرات الجانب المصري لدعم مناخ الاستثمار، ووجه الشكر لوزير العدل مُثمنًا التعاون بين الجانبين، ومقدرا التسهيلات المقدمة لهم للوقوف على التجربة المصرية في مختلف جوانبها .
