المحامي العام الأول للجمهورية يستقبل نائب رئيس بعثة لجنة الصليب الأحمر في عدن

أستقبل صباح اليوم الأربعاء المحامي العام الأول القاضي فوزي علي سيف نائب رئيس بعثه لجنة الصليب الأحمر في عدن دوشان فوكوتيتش، وخبير الطب الشرعي جيناس أشاريا في ديوان النيابة العامة بعدن.
وناقش اللقاء عقد دورة تدريبية لأعضاء النيابة العامة نهاية شهر نوفمبر 2023م في مجال القانون الدولي الانساني والطب الشرعي والادلة الجنائية.
كما ناقش أيضاً تكدس الجثث في المشارح وضرورة أستكمال إجراءت الدفن قبل نهاية العام لعدد عشرون جُثة.
وأوضح المحامي العام الأول أنه قد تم إعداد كشف بعدد للجثث في جميع المحافظات المحررة وقد تم تسلميها لأعضاء اللجنة وأن هناك خطوات ملموسه في سبيل الانتهاء من هذا الأمر بإجراء الدفن.
وتحدث نائب رئيس بعثة اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر أن يكون التعاون مستمراً وبشكل مترابط حتى يتم دعم النظام بشكل كامل، وبصورة متتابعة، وأن الغرض من هذا العمل تخفيف تكدس الجثث نظراً لكثرتها، كما تم الإشادة بجهود مدير المركز الوطني للطب الشرعي.
