تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ـ حفظة الله ـ تنظم وزارة الحج والعمرة مؤتمر ومعرض خدمات الحج والعمرة في نسخته الثالثة، وذلك خلال الفترة 8 - 11 يناير 2024 الموافق 26 - 29 جمادي الثاني 1445 هـ في جدة سوبردوم.
وأوضح معالي وزير الحج والعمرة الدكتور توفيق بن فوزان الربيعة، أن هذا الحدث يجمع كافة مقدمي خدمات الحج والعمرة والمهتمين بالمجال والمسؤولين من داخل وخارج المملكة لمناقشة أحدث التطورات وأفضل الممارسات لتقديم خدمات استثنائية لضيوف الرحمن، مضيفًا أن وزارة الحج والعمرة بالشراكة الإستراتيجية مع القطاعات الحكومية والأهلية، حققت إنجازات ونقلات نوعية في إطار تسهيل الإجراءات للحجاج والمعتمرين.
ويهدف المؤتمر إلى إبراز المشاريع النوعية التي تقدمها المملكة لضيوف الرحمن، حرصًا منها على رفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة في الحج والعمرة، وتسهيل قدوم الحجاج والمعتمرين من جميع أنحاء العالم، وإطلاق العديد من الخدمات والتقنيات الجديدة التي تصب في هدف إثراء تجربة ضيوف الرحمن، تحقيقًا لمستهدفات برامج رؤية السعودية 2030.
ومن المقرر أن يطرح المؤتمر عدد من المواضيع الخدمية للنقاش، كالإسكان، الخدمات اللوجستية، الرعاية الصحية، النقل، الإعاشة، التقنية والذكاء الاصطناعي، حلول المياه والطاقة، والعديد من الأطروحات التي تمس جانب الخدمات المقدمة للحجاج والمعتمرين.
ويسعى القائمون على تنظيم مؤتمر خدمات الحج والعمرة، إلى بناء منظومة متكاملة ومستدامة تسهم في تطوير تجربة ضيوف الرحمن بالاستفادة من أفكار ورؤى المختصين، واستشراف التوجهات المستقبلية، وتطوير فرص الشراكات والاتفاقيات والمبادرات بما يثري تجربة ضيوف الرحمن، وإشراك المبتكرين ورواد الأعمال لتعزيز جودة الخدمات المقدمة في الحج والعمرة، واستعراض جهود المملكة في تعزيز استدامة تطور الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن.
يذكر أن مؤتمر ومعرض خدمات الحج والعمرة حقق العديد من الإنجازات في النسخ السابقة، منها الحصول على جائزة فرع التميز في خدمات الحج والعمرة بدورتها الـ 15، والتي تم تتويج الوزارة بها مساء أمس من سموّ صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير بدر بن سلطان بن عبد العزيز نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرّمة، وذلك خلال حفل تتويج الفائزين بجائزة مكة للتميز لعام 2023م.
