سحب 5.5 مليون م3 من الأمطار بالشرقية

نفذت أمانة المنطقة الشرقية، خلال الأشهر العشرة الماضية، سلسلة من الإجراءات البلدية، لتحسين المشهد الحضري والحد من التشوهات البصرية، في مدن ومحافظات المنطقة، وذلك ضمن خطة التحسين والتطوير البلدي لتعزيز أنسنة المدن ورفع مستوى جودة الحياة.
وأشارت إلى أن الفرق التفتيشية والرقابية قامت بـ 1950 جولة رقابية لصحة البيئة والنظافة في محافظة بقيق، أسفرت عن رفع 36470 طناً من الأنقاض، ورفع ونقل 14773 طناً من النفايات ومعالجتها بعدد من أحياء المحافظة، وذلك ضمن أعمال خطة معالجة التشوه البصري.
كما سحبت الأمانة وضخت ما يقارب من 5,5 مليون متر مكعب من مياه الأمطار في مختلف مدن ومحافظات المنطقة، عبر 58 محطة تصريف، بطاقة استيعابية تتراوح ما بين 20 إلى 40 ملم، ومحطات تصريف الأنفاق، ومعدات نزح المياه والمضخات المتنقلة، بمشاركة 2902 فرداً، و304 معدات وآليات، ومركبات نزح الأمطار للتدخل السريع لرفع آثار الحالة المطرية التي شهدتها المنطقة الشرقية خلال الفترة الماضية، كما تعاملت مع 265 موقعاً ومستمرة في المواقع المتبقية غير المخدومة بشبكة مياه الأمطار.
