مزاد الشريط التجاري شمال الرياض

تعلن شركة الثروة الأولى العقارية عن إقامة عن المزاد العلني "الشريط التجاري" تحت إشراف مركز الإسناد والتصفية "إنفاذ" لطرح 6 أراضٍ تجارية بمساحات إجمالية تتجاوز 26,000 مترٍ مربع بحي الياسمين الواقع في العاصمة الرياض، وسيقام المزاد عصر يوم الأربعاء 29 جمادى الأولى 1445هـ الموافق 13 ديسمبر 2023م في قاعة عبية نجد للاحتفالات والمؤتمرات.
وتمتاز عقارات المزاد الشريط التجاري، باكتمال خدماتها الحيوية ومواقعها الاستراتيجية والاستثنائية على طريق الملك فهد وطريق العليا شمال مدينة الرياض، وفي محيط يتألق بأهم وأبرز معالم وطرق الرياض الحيوية والتجارية، مثل: برج بنك ساب، وبرج مصرف الإنماء قيد الإنشاء، وبرج تمكين، إضافة إلى قربها من مستشفى الحبيب الجديد ومشروع المكعب النوعي الواقع على طريق الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز.
ومن المتوقع أن يشهد المزاد تنافساً كبيراً، بين نخبة من كبار المستثمرين والمطورين ومجموعة من التحالفات وقادة السوق العقاري، لأهمية العقارات المطروحة وندرة المعروض وتميزه في هذا المزاد الاستثنائي والنوعي.

وقدم مدير عام فرع وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد بالمنطقة الشرقية فضيلة الشيخ عمر بن فيصل الدويش لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية شرحاً عن فروع المسابقة ومراحلها، وما تتضمنه من تنافس بين المشاركين من البنين والبنات في ستة فروع، تشمل حفظ القرآن الكريم كاملًا بالقراءات السبع المتواترة، وحفظ القرآن الكريم كاملًا مع تفسير مفرداته، وحفظ القرآن الكريم كاملًا، إضافة إلى حفظ عشرين جزءًا متتاليًا، وحفظ عشرة أجزاء متتالية، وحفظ خمسة أجزاء متتالية، جميعها مع حسن الأداء والتجويد.
وأوضح الدويش أن التصفيات الأولية أُقيمت في مختلف مدن ومحافظات المنطقة الشرقية، تمهيدًا لتأهل المشاركين إلى التصفيات النهائية على مستوى المملكة، مشيرًا إلى أن إجمالي جوائز المسابقة يبلغ سبعة ملايين ريال، تُوزع على الفائزين في مختلف فروعها.
