-تحرير تقرير لجنة ثلاثية وتقرير طبي للمريض.
- صورة بطاقة رقم قومي وتقرير لجنة ثلاثية، وتقرير أبحاث حديثة إلى قسم العلاج على نفقة الدولة بالمستشفى.
-تسجيل الموظف المختص البيانات المقدمة بالنموذج من خلال تطبيقات المشروع، ويقوم بملء نموذج إلكتروني عن طريق الشبكة القومية للعلاج على نفقة الدولة.
- يتم معالجة الطلب إلكترونياً بالمركز الرئيس بالمجالس الطبية بالقاهرة.
-تٌعرض المستندات على اللجان الطبية المٌتخصصة إلكترونيا.
-تُصدر اللجنة قرار.
- إخطار المواطن برسالة قصيرة على الهاتف المحمول للمريض.
-يتوجه المريض للمستشفى لتلقي الخدمة العلاجية المقررة سواء أدوية، أو إجراء عملية جراحية أو على حسب نوعها.
