“الموارد البشرية” تؤكد على ضرورة التزام المنشآت ببرنامج حماية الأجور عبر (مُدد)

أكدت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية على المنشآت التي لم تلتزم ببرنامج حماية الأجور ضرورة الالتزام بمتطلبات البرنامج، ورفع ملفات أجور العاملين لديها بشكل شهري من خلال “منصة مُدد” تفاديًا لفرض العقوبات المنصوص عليها في النظام.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن البرنامج يهدف إلى تقليص الخلافات، وضمان بيئة عمل جاذبة في القطاع الخاص من خلال متابعة التزام المنشآت بدفع أجور العاملين لديها في مواعيد استحقاقها، حيث طبقت الوزارة آخر مراحل البرنامج عام 2020 للمنشآت التي يتراوح عدد عمالتها من 1 – 5 عمّال، بعد أن بدأت بتطبيق البرنامج في مراحله الأولى على المنشآت الكبيرة التي يصل عدد العاملين بها 3000 عامل فأكثر، داعيةً المنشآت لمعرفة متطلبات البرنامج، والالتزام بها وفق الإجراءات الموضحة في موقع الوزارة الإلكتروني، أو من خلال منصة مُدد.
