هنأ اللواء طارق مرزوق محافظ الدقهلية، الدكتورة منال عوض، وزيرة التنمية المحلية، بمناسبة حصولها على جائزة التميز الحكومي العربي كأفضل محافظ عن الفترة التى تولتها محافظاً لدمياط، وذلك تقديرًا لجهودها البارزة في تطوير منظومة العمل المحلي وتحقيق إنجازات ملموسه.
هذا وتعتبر جائزة التميز الحكومي العربي إحدى الجوائز المرموقة التي تهدف إلى تعزيز الأداء الحكومي المتميز وتكريم النماذج القيادية الرائدة على مستوى الوطن العربي.
وأعرب اللواء "مرزوق" عن فخره واعتزازه بهذا الإنجاز الذي يُعد شهادة على كفاءة القيادات المصرية في مختلف المجالات، مشيدًا بجهود وزيرة التنمية المحلية في تحسين الخدمات المقدمة ل لمواطنين ودعم مشروعات التنمية المستدامة.
وأكد المحافظ أن التجربة الناجحة لوزيرة التنمية المحلية تمثل نموذجًا يحتذى به في القيادة و الإدارة المحلية، مؤكدا انها فخر لكل امراه مصرية فهي أول سيدة تتولى منصب وزيرة التنمية الم حلية واختيرت ضمن أفضل 50 سيدة تأثيرا لعام 2018 وأبرز الشخصيات النسائية الملهمة بالوطن العربي.. وحصلت على جائزة اليونسكو لمدن التعلم في 2017.
وأضاف أن هذا التكريم ليس فقط تكريمًا شخصيًا للدكتورة منال عوض، بل هو تتويج لجهود الدولة في دعم خطط التنمية والعمل بروح الفريق لتحسين حياة المواطنين في مختلف المحافظات”.
وأكد اللواء مرزوق أن وزيرة التنمية المحلية هي احدي النماذج المشرفة للإخلاص في العمل، حيث أثبتت من خلال أدائها المتميز أن القيادة الناجحة تقوم على التفاني والعمل الجاد من أجل خدمة الوطن والمواطن، حيث استطاعت بحكمتها وإصرارها ودعمها المتواصل لمنظومة العمل بالمحليات بمحافظات مصر أن تحقق إنجازات ملموسة على أرض الواقع، وتعكس روح الالتزام الجدير بالاحترام،.
وأوضح أن إخلاص الدكتورة منال عوض وزيرة التنمية المحلية في أداء مهامها يظهر بوضوح من خلال تطويرها المستمر للبنية التحتية وتحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين، مؤكدا أن محافظة الدقهلية شهدت طفرة كبيرة في جميع محاور العمل التي تستهدف تقديم خدمات متميزة للمواطنين في كافة القطات الخدمية والتنموية بفضل جهودها، مشيرا ان اخلاصها وتفانيها في العمل مصدر إلهام لنا جميعًا، ويؤكد أن العمل بروح الفريق والتفاني في تحقيق الصالح العام هو السبيل لبناء مستقبل أفضل لأبناء مصر ، مثمنا جهودها ومتمنيا لها دوام التوفيق والنجاح.

وأكد سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية على أهمية الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والتميز المؤسسي في تطوير العمل البلدي، مشيراً أن الارتقاء بالخدمات وتحقيق رضا المستفيدين يتطلب مواصلة العمل المؤسسي المنظم، والتحديث المستمر للبرامج والمبادرات، بما يتسق مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، ويُسهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة في مدن المنطقة، وهنأ سموه أمانة المنطقة الشرقية ومنسوبيها على هذا الإنجاز، متمنياً لهم دوام التوفيق ومواصلة التميز في الأداء.
