مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يحقق حلم "ثلاثينية" في الحمل ببروتكول علاجي دقيق

بفضل من الله- تمكّن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، وبجهود فريق طبي متخصّص في علاج العقم والمساعدة على الإنجاب، من تحقيق حلم سيدة تبلغ من العمر "36" عاماً في الحمل، وذلك بعد رحلة علاجية طويلة بدأت منذ نحو "8" سنوات، بمراجعة عدد من المستشفيات وعيادات النساء والولادة، تخللتها "12" محاولة أطفال أنابيب لم يكتب لها النجاح.
وقالت د. ريم البلوي استشارية العقم والمساعدة على الإنجاب، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، أن السيدة لم تفقد الأمل في الله، رغم تطاول أمد رحلة بحثها عن الأمومة، حيث راجعت مركز علاج العقم بمستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب وخضعت لبرنامج تشخيصي مفصّل ودقيق يشمل فحوصاً مخبرية وشعاعية، إضافة إلى إجراء منظار رحمي تشخيصي وعلاجي، وبينت النتائج أنها تعاني متلازمة تكيس المبايض وفشل إنغراس متكرر، وبعد دراسة الحالة على ضوء نتائج الفحوصات، خلص الفريق الطبي إلى خطة علاجية دقيقة مكونة من عدة مراحل بدأت بتكثيف العلاج بالفيتامينات ومضادات الأكسدة قبل البدء في مرحلة أطفال الأنابيب، ثم البدء بالكورس العلاجي والإبر المنشطة.
واستطردت د.البلوي قائلة "بعد فترة من العلاج جرى سحب البويضات وتلقيحها بالحيوانات المنوية، ومتابعة تطور الأجنة ومن ثم تم اختيار الأجنة ذات القدرة على إكمال النمو وتجميدها، وفي اليوم الخامس تم ترجيع الأجنة المجمدة بعد تحضير بطانة الرحم بالأدوية الهرمونية بنجاح تام"، وتلا ذلك اعطاءها أدوية ومثبتات، وبعد مضي أسبوعين جاءت نتيجة تحليل الحمل بفضل الله إيجابية وتمت متابعة الحمل خلال الـ3 أشهر الأولى بعيادة تأخر الإنجاب والاطمئنان على الجنين، والآن كل مؤشراتها الحيوية إيجابية وتتم حالياً متابعة حملها وتقديم النصائح الطبية والعلاجية حتى مرحلة الولادة.
وأوضحت د. ريم أن بعض الأزواج ينتابهم القلق من فكرة تجميد الأجنة، لاعتقادهم بأن ذلك من الممكن أن يؤثر على جودتها، وهذا اعتقاد خاطئ، والصحيح أن الدراسات العلمية أثبتت أن نسبة نجاح الحمل مع الأجنة المجمدة عالية خصوصاً في حالات متلازمة تكيس المبايض.
