"الوطنية للإسكان" تُبرم مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة سيتيك الصينية لتوطين صناعة مواد البناء ودعم سلاسل الأمداد

أبرمت الشركة الوطنية للإسكان NHC اليوم، مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة سيتيك الصينية، بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة لوطنية للإسكان محمد بن صالح البطي .
ووقع المذكرة من جانب "الوطنية للإسكان" مدير عام سلاسل الإمداد ودعم الأعمال المهندس معن سليمان العثيمين، فيما وقعها من جانب شركة سيتيك مدير عام منطقة الشرق الاوسط للشركة لي شينيق.

وتأتي مذكرة التفاهم لتعزيز الشراكات الإستراتيجية مع مزودي الخدمات في مجال مواد البناء، وجميع عناصر سلاسل الامداد المرتبطة بالتطوير العقاري وتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة، عبر إنشاء مناطق خدمات لوجستية وصناعات لمواد البناء في مدينتي الرياض وجدة، الذي يهدف إلى رفع نسبة التوطين في الصناعات والوظائف بمنظومة التطوير العقاري، وتفادي المخاطر المتعلقة في سلاسل الإمداد، حيث تسهم المذكرة في خفض تكاليف إنشاء الوحدات ورفع مستوى الجودة وتسليم الوحدات وفق التوقيت الزمني المخطط له.

وتعد المذكرة نتاجًا لما تمّ توقيعه مؤخرًا مع شركة سيتيك خلال زيارة الرئيس التنفيذي للوطنية للإسكان إلى معرض الحزام والطريق في العاصمة الصينية بكين، حيث سيخدم المشروع قطاع التشييد والبناء في المملكة وسيُسهم في تحقيق تطورًا كبيرًا في القطاع العقاري.

وتعتبر شركة CITIC الصينية للإنشاءات التابعة لمجموعة CITIC Group الصينية، شركةً رائدة من بين أكبر 250 شركة إنشاءات دولية، كما تعد مقاولًا عالميًا يقدم خدمات إنشائية وهندسية شاملة، حيث سيُثمر التعاون في توسيع خطوط الإنتاج لخدمة السوق السعودي بحزمة حلول متكاملة تحقق الاستدامة.

يذكر أن الشركة الوطنية للإسكان هي الرائدة والممكنة لقطاع التطوير العقاري وأكبر مطور رئيس للضواحي والمجتمعات السكنية في المملكة التي تتسم بجودة الحياة، التي تضخ أكثر من 300 ألف وحدة سكنية في 8 ضواحي و6 مجتمعات سكنية على مساحة أكثر من 120 مليون م2 تتسع لأكثر من مليون مواطن .

وتسعى إلى إيجاد حلول لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد بجودة عالية ومواد إنشائية أكثر استدامة، وذلك في إطار حرص الشركة على زيادة المعروض العقاري بخيارات سكنية وفق معايير عالمية، في سبيل تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، برفع نسبة التملّك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%.
