«صحة الشيوخ»: تطالب بسرعة إنهاء الأعمال في مستشفى طما بسوهاج

عقدت لجنة الصحة والسكان بمجلس الشيوخ برئاسة الدكتور علي مهران، اليوم الأحد، اجتماعا لمناقشة الاقتراح برغبة المقدم من النواب محمود أبو سديرة، أحمد جلال أبوالدهب، مجد القاضى بشأن: "سرعة تنفيذ وإنهاء الأعمال في مستشفى طما - محافظة سوهاج".
جاء الاجتماع بحضور النائب الدكتور حسين خضير وكيل اللجنة، والنائب الدكتور عمرو حجاب وكيل اللجنة، والدكتور أسامة فهيم أمين سر اللجنة.
وأوضح النواب مقدمو الاقتراح برغبة أنه تم تسليم الموقع لشركة في شهر مايو 2017، وتم الانتهاء من الهيكل الخرساني بالكامل والانتهاء من أعمال المباني والتشطيبات (سيراميك - رخام - تأسيس كهرباء - تأسيس صحي - وبعض أعمال الوجهة - وبعض أعمال شبكة الغاز - وبعض الأعمال في نظام الحريق) وكان من المفترض الانتهاء من المشروع في مايو 2019 تم التعثر في المشروع وذلك لتعثر الشركة المنفذة بسبب وجود بنود مستجده للمشروع وبسب اعتماد هيئة الرقابة والاعتماد المعماري للمشروع والذي تم في شهر ديسمبر 2022، وتم سحب الأعمال من الشركة المنفذة للتباطؤ الشديد في تنفيذ الأعمال، وتم اسناد الأعمال لشركة أخري في شهر مارس 2023 وحتى تاريخه لم يتم الانتهاء من أعمال التخارج بين الشركتين ولم يتم تنفيذ أي شئ من الأعمال حتى تاريخه وهذا تسبب في تأخر استلام المستشفى.
وطالب الدكتور عمرو حجاب وكيل اللجنه بضرورة حث الشركة المسند إليها الأعمال في البدء في استئناف الأعمال فوراً حتى يتم الانتهاء من تسليم المشروع في أسرع وقت.
ومن جانبها أشارت المهندسة مي إسماعيل مدير وحدة المشروعات بالوزارة أنه تم إصدار أمر اسناد بتاريخ 4 مايو 2017 الي شركة جديدة وتم استلام الموقع بتاريخ 27 مايو 2017، ثم توقف العمل في عام 2018 نظراً لتقاعس المقاول عن تنفيذ الأعمال لتأخير صرف الدفعة المقدمة وتعديل الرسومات التصميمية وتعديلها بإلغاء البدروم، كما أن نسبة التنفيذ الفعلي للمشروع وصلت لـ 60%، ومن المتوقع إنهاء الأعمال في 31/6/2024، حيث أنه تم اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات من قبل الوزارة حيث تم عمل تخارج سحب الأعمال من المقاول نظراً للتقاعس عن تنفيذ الأعمال، وتم استبداله بمقاول جديد لاستئناف الاعمال بالمشروع، وسيتم الانتهاء من المشروع في سبتمبر 2024، وذلك نظراً لوجود توريدات وأعمال متبقية بالمشروع.
وفى نهاية الاجتماع أوصت اللجنة بالآتى موافاة اللجنة بالبرنامج الزمنى ومتابعة المشروع من مقدمو الاقتراح حتى يتم تسليم المستشفى في أقرب وقت ممكن.

وقال الدكتور سكيك عند وصول المراجعة للعيادة تم الإستماع إلى شكواها والإطلاع على ملفها الطبي، وتبين أنها تعاني من آلام حادة وانتفاخ شديد بالركبة اليسرى منذ سنوات، وعدم القدرة على المشي أو صعود السلم، على الفور تم إخضاعها لفحوصات طبية دقيقة بالأشعة السينية (Digital X-rays) على كافة إتجاهات الركبة، بالإضافة إلى التحاليل المخبرية، مشيراً إلى أن النتائج كشفت عن وجود خشونة شديدة وإحتكاك من الدرجة الرابعة، وتآكل بالغضاريف المحيطة بالركبة اليسرى، وكذلك الكشف عن تكلسات خلف الركبة، بالإضافة إلى حدوث إنحراف وتقوس بالركبة، وكذلك إصابتها بمجموعة من الأمراض المزمنة مثل ضغط الدم والكوليسترول وهشاشة عالية بالعظام.

مشيراً إلى أن جهود الفريق الطبي تكللت بالنجاح التام ولله الحمد، حيث استطاعت المراجعة المشي في نفس اليوم بمساعدة أخصائي العلاج الطبيعي، وبعد ساعات من العملية. كما أنها تلقت رعاية طبية فائقة لمدة 4 أيام، خرجت بعدها إلى المنزل، وقد زارت العيادة خلال أسبوعين وهي تمشي، وقد انتهت لديها كافة الآلام السابقة، وعادت لتمارس حياتها بصورة طبيعية.
