الخارجية تؤكد على ضرورة احترام سيادة الصومال على أراضيه

أكدت جمهورية مصر العربية في بيان صادر عن وزارة الخارجية، اليوم الأربعاء، على ضرورة الاحترام الكامل لوحدة وسيادة جمهورية الصومال الفيدرالية الشقيقة على كامل اراضيها، ومعارضتها لأية إجراءات من شأنها الافتئات على السيادة الصومالية، مشددةً على حق الصومال وشعبه دون غيره في الانتفاع بموارده.
وقدرت جمهورية مصر العربية خطورة تزايد التحركات والاجراءات والتصريحات الرسمية الصادرة عن دول في المنطقة وخارجها، التى تقوض من عوامل الاستقرار فى منطقة القرن الإفريقى، وتزيد من حدة التوترات بين دولها، في الوقت الذي تشهد فيه القارة الإفريقية زيادةً فى الصراعات والنزاعات التى تقتضى تكاتف الجهود من أجل احتوائها والتعامل مع تداعياتها، بدلاً من تأجيجها على نحو غير مسئول.
وشددت جمهورية مصر العربية على ضرورة احترام أهداف القانون التأسيسي للاتحاد الإفريقي ومنها الدفاع عن سيادة الدول الأعضاء ووحدة أراضيها واستقلالها، ومبادئ الاتحاد التى تنص على ضرورة احترام الحدود القائمة عند نيل الإستقلال وعدم تدخل أي دولة عضو في الشئون الداخلية لدولة أخرى. وطالبت مصر بإعلاء قيم ومباديء التعاون والعمل المشترك من أجل تحقيق مصالح شعوب المنطقة، والامتناع عن الانخراط في إجراءات أحادية تزيد من حدة التوتر وتعرض مصالح دول المنطقة وأمنها القومى للمخاطر والتهديدات.
