دشن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبد العزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية في ديوان الإمارة اليوم الأربعاء بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك التنمية الاجتماعية، المهندس سلطان بن عبد العزيز الحميدي ، أحدث فروع مساحات العمل المشتركة في مدينة الدمام "جادة 30"، وذلك بمشاركة مجموعة من مسؤولي المنطقة وروّاد الأعمال والشركاء.

ويمتد الفرع الجديد في الدمام على مساحة إجمالية، تصل إلى 1250 متراً مربعاً، وقد صمم بعناية لاحتضان أكبر عدد ممكن من المستفيدين، إلى جانب تزويده بكافة المرافق الداعمة لريادة الأعمال وممارسة العمل الحر.
وقال الرئيس التنفيذي للبنك، المهندس سلطان بن عبد العزيز الحميدي يأتي هذا الافتتاح امتداداً لجهود البنك الاستراتيجية في تطوير منظومة الفروع عبر تحويلها إلى مناطق احتضان وتنمية وتطوير بما تتماشى مع رؤية السعودية 2030، من خلال توفير بيئة مساندة لنمو الأعمال الريادية والحرة في سائر مناطق المملكة، ويتيح فرع "جادة 30" كافة الخدمات والبرامج التطويرية، وفق نموذج عمل عصري مبتكر، يمتثل لأعلى مستويات الحوكمة وآلية العمل، إضافة إلى المرونة في آلية الاشتراك والاستفادة من الخدمات والباقات، التي تقدمها فروع جادة 30 حول المملكة.
وأضاف " تتمتع المنطقة الشرقية بموقع حيوي قريب من أسواق دول مجلس التعاون، إلى جانب احتضانها لأضخم القطاعات النفطية والصناعية والاستثمارية في المملكة، الأمر الذي يفتح آفاقاً أكبر وأسواقاً جديدة قريبة للخدمات والمنتج الريادي السعودي في المنطقة الشرقية وعلاوة على ذلك، حظيت المنطقة الشرقية بأكبر تدفق للاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة خلال عام 2022 ووفرة الفرص المتاحة لبناء علاقات عمل جديدة ، حيث بلغ عدد المنشآت المحتضنة في فروع "جادة 30" نحو 214 منشأة بنهاية عام 2023، فيما وصل إجمالي عدد المستفيدين إلى 12 ألف مستفيد بشكل عام. واليوم، نطمح من خلال الفرع الجديد إلى احتضان المزيد من احتياجات رواد ورائدات الأعمال، وممارسي العمل الحر، والمبتكرين وأصحاب الأعمال وطلاب الجامعات، والمنشآت الصغيرة والناشئة في الدمام. ويقدم الفرع الجديد خدمات الربط مع الجهات التمويلية والتهيئة لمنتجات البنك التمويلية للمشاريع، إلى جانب باقات تلبي احتياجات مراحل نمو المشاريع الناشئة، ومكتبة رقمية لتطوير مهارات ريادة الأعمال."
