عاجل | "الغذاء والدواء": تغريم منشأة نصف مليون ريال لتلاعبها بتواريخ صلاحية "دواجن" منتهية الصلاحية

ضبطت الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء نحو (5) أطنان من الدواجن منتهية الصلاحية تم التلاعب بتواريخ صلاحيتها، إضافة إلى دواجن ولحوم مجهولة المصدر في أحد المستودعات في الرياض، وذلك لغرض بيعها وتداولها من خلال المتاجر الغذائية والأسواق. وأوضحت الغذاء والدواء أنه من خلال الجولات التفتيشية التي تنفذها على المنتجات والمنشآت الغذائية، زارت مستودعًا، وعثرت على المواد الغذائية المخالفة وأدوات وملصقات لتغيير تواريخ الصلاحية.

وأشارت الهيئة إلى أنه جرى ضبط وإتلاف كامل المواد الغذائية من الدواجن واللحوم، بالإضافة إلى إيقاع غرامة مالية على المنشأة قدرها نصف مليون ريال (500,000 ريال) لمخالفتها المادة السادسة عشرة من نظام الغذاء التي نصت على أنه (لا يجوز تداول الغذاء إذا كان مغشوشاً، أو يحتوي على طرق أو وسائل مخادعة أو ممارسة تضلل المستهلك). ودعت الغذاء والدواء المستهلكين إلى الإبلاغ عن مخالفات المنشآت الخاضعة لإشرافها عند ملاحظتها، وذلك من خلال الاتصال على الرقم الموحّد (19999)، أو عبر تطبيق "طمنّي”.
