الصفدي: "خطة عربية" لإعادة بناء غزة.. والضفة الغربية "برميل وقود قد ينفجر"

قال وزير الخارجية الأردني أيمن الصفدي إن الدول العربية تعمل على إعداد خطة لإعادة بناء قطاع غزة دون تشريد سكانه، مضيفا أن المملكة لا تستطيع استقبال مزيد من الفلسطينيين.
وأبدت دول عربية انزعاجها هذا الشهر بعد أن أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب عن خطة "لتطهير" غزة من الفلسطينيين ونقل معظم سكانها إلى الأردن ومصر، وهي الفكرة التي رفضتها القاهرة وعمّان على الفور واعتبرتها معظم دول المنطقة مزعزعة للاستقرار بشدة.
وقال الصفدي في مؤتمر ميونيخ للأمن "لكي أعطيكم إجابة لا لبس فيها، 35 بالمئة من سكاننا هم لاجئون. لا يمكننا تحمل المزيد ولا يمكن أن يأتي فلسطينيون (آخرون) إلى الأردن. إنهم لا يريدون القدوم إلى الأردن ونحن لا نريدهم أن يأتوا إلى الأردن".
وكان العاهل الأردني الملك عبد الله الثاني زار يوم الثلاثاء واشنطن حيث أكد موقف بلاده الثابت ضد خطة ترامب.
وقال مصدران دبلوماسيان أوروبيان مطلعان إن الملك عبد الله أخبر ترامب خلال اللقاء بأن الخطة العربية ستكون "أرخص وأسرع" من اقتراح الرئيس الأمريكي، وهو الأمر الذي تقبله ترامب على ما يبدو.
وقال الصفدي "نعمل على اقتراح عربي يُظهر أننا قادرون على إعادة بناء غزة دون تهجير سكانها، وأنه يمكن أن يكون لدينا خطة تضمن الأمن والحكم"، مضيفا أنه يتعين على إسرائيل أيضا أن تفكر في الكيفية التي تريد بها رؤية المنطقة في غضون 10 أو 20 عاما.
وتابع "على الإسرائيليين أيضا أن يفكروا على المدى الطويل. ولكي يعيشوا في سلام وأمن، يحتاج جيرانهم لأن يعيشوا في سلام وأمن".
وقالت 10 مصادر لرويترز إن السعودية تقود جهودا عربية عاجلة لإيجاد خطة بشأن مستقبل غزة في مواجهة طموح ترامب لتحويل القطاع إلى "ريفييرا الشرق الأوسط" وإخلائه من سكانه الفلسطينيين.
وحذر الصفدي من أن التركيز على غزة لا ينبغي أن يصرف الانتباه عن الخطر الحقيقي للتصعيد في الضفة الغربية التي تحتلها إسرائيل.
وشنت إسرائيل عملية عسكرية على الضفة الغربية بعد التوصل إلى اتفاق لوقف إطلاق النار مع حركة المقاومة الإسلامية الفلسطينية (حماس) في غزة.
وفر آلاف الفلسطينيين من منازلهم في الضفة الغربية في أعقاب الحملة العسكرية والدمار الواسع.
وقال الصفدي "الضفة الغربية هي برميل بارود يمكن أن ينفجر".

أدانت كل من المملكة العربية السعودية، ومملكة البحرين، وجمهورية مصر العربية، وجمهورية إندونيسيا، والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وجمهورية نيجيريا الاتحادية، ودولة فلسطين، ودولة قطر، وجمهورية تركيا، ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وجامعة الدول العربية، ومنظمة التعاون الإسلامي بأشد العبارات مصادقة الكنيست الإسرائيلي على الإعلان الداعي إلى فرض ما يسمى بـ"لسيادة الإسرائيلية"على الضفة الغربية المحتلة، وتعدّه خرقًا سافرًا ومرفوضًا للقانون الدولي، وانتهاكًا صارخًا لقرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة، وفي مقدمتها القرارات 242 (1967)، و338 (1973)، و2334 (2016)، التي تؤكد جميعها بطلان جميع الإجراءات والقرارات التي تهدف إلى شرعنة الاحتلال، بما في ذلك الأنشطة الاستيطانية في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة منذ عام 1967. وجددت الأطراف المذكورة أعلاه التأكيد على أن إسرائيل لا تملك أي سيادة على الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، مؤكدة أن هذا التحرك الإسرائيلي الأحادي لا يترتب عليه أي أثر قانوني، ولا يمكن أن يغير من الوضع القانوني للأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، وفي مقدمتها القدس الشرقية، التي تبقى جزءًا لا يتجزأ من تلك الأرض. كما شددت على أن مثل هذه الإجراءات الإسرائيلية من شأنها فقط تأجيج التوتر المتزايد في المنطقة، الذي تفاقم بسبب العدوان الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة وما خلّفه من كارثة إنسانية في القطاع. ودعت هذه الأطراف المجتمع الدولي، بما في ذلك مجلس الأمن وجميع الأطراف المعنية، إلى الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتهم القانونية والأخلاقية، والتحرك العاجل لوقف السياسات الإسرائيلية غير القانونية الهادفة إلى فرض أمر واقع بالقوة، وتقويض فرص تحقيق سلام عادل ودائم، والقضاء على آفق حل الدولتين. كما جددت هذه الأطراف التزامها بحل الدولتين على أساس قرارات الشرعية الدولية ومبادرة السلام العربية، وتجسيد الدولة الفلسطينية المستقلة ذات السيادة على خطوط الرابع من يونيو/حزيران 1967، وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية.
