المملكة و9 دول عربية وإسلامية يدينون مصادقة الكنيست الإسرائيلي على الإعلان الداعي إلى فرض ما يسمى بـ"السيادة الإسرائيلية" على الضفة الغربية المحتلة

أدانت كل من المملكة العربية السعودية، ومملكة البحرين، وجمهورية مصر العربية، وجمهورية إندونيسيا، والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وجمهورية نيجيريا الاتحادية، ودولة فلسطين، ودولة قطر، وجمهورية تركيا، ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وجامعة الدول العربية، ومنظمة التعاون الإسلامي بأشد العبارات مصادقة الكنيست الإسرائيلي على الإعلان الداعي إلى فرض ما يسمى بـ"لسيادة الإسرائيلية"على الضفة الغربية المحتلة، وتعدّه خرقًا سافرًا ومرفوضًا للقانون الدولي، وانتهاكًا صارخًا لقرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة، وفي مقدمتها القرارات 242 (1967)، و338 (1973)، و2334 (2016)، التي تؤكد جميعها بطلان جميع الإجراءات والقرارات التي تهدف إلى شرعنة الاحتلال، بما في ذلك الأنشطة الاستيطانية في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة منذ عام 1967.

وجددت الأطراف المذكورة أعلاه التأكيد على أن إسرائيل لا تملك أي سيادة على الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، مؤكدة أن هذا التحرك الإسرائيلي الأحادي لا يترتب عليه أي أثر قانوني، ولا يمكن أن يغير من الوضع القانوني للأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، وفي مقدمتها القدس الشرقية، التي تبقى جزءًا لا يتجزأ من تلك الأرض. كما شددت على أن مثل هذه الإجراءات الإسرائيلية من شأنها فقط تأجيج التوتر المتزايد في المنطقة، الذي تفاقم بسبب العدوان الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة وما خلّفه من كارثة إنسانية في القطاع. ودعت هذه الأطراف المجتمع الدولي، بما في ذلك مجلس الأمن وجميع الأطراف المعنية، إلى الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتهم القانونية والأخلاقية، والتحرك العاجل لوقف السياسات الإسرائيلية غير القانونية الهادفة إلى فرض أمر واقع بالقوة، وتقويض فرص تحقيق سلام عادل ودائم، والقضاء على آفق حل الدولتين. كما جددت هذه الأطراف التزامها بحل الدولتين على أساس قرارات الشرعية الدولية ومبادرة السلام العربية، وتجسيد الدولة الفلسطينية المستقلة ذات السيادة على خطوط الرابع من يونيو/حزيران 1967، وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية.
