الهلال الأحمر يتلقى 13 ألف بلاغًا إسعافيًّا خلال أكتوبر بالمنطقة الشرقية

تلقى مركز الترحيل الطبي بهيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي بالمنطقة الشرقية عبر رقم الخدمة الطبية الإسعافية (997) خلال شهر أكتوبر 2025م (13280) بلاغًا إسعافيًّا، منها (2190) بلاغًا لحالات حوادث و(7681) بلاغًا لحالات مرضية، إضافة إلى ذلك طُلِبَت الخدمة الإسعافية عبر تطبيق "أسعفني" بـ(130) بلاغًا، بينما بلغ عدد المكالمات الواردة لمركز الترحيل الطبي بالمنطقة الشرقية (37945) مكالمة متنوعة.
وباشرت الفرق الإسعافية بالمنطقة الشرقية من هذه البلاغات أكثر من (10232) حالة إسعافية، وقُدمت الخدمة الطبية الإسعافية إلى (6367) حالة، ومن ثم إسعافها للمستشفيات بالمنطقة الشرقية، بينما قُدِّمَت الخدمة الطبية الإسعافية إلى (3865) حالة بالموقع، ولم تستدعِ النقل للمستشفيات.

وتؤكد هيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي أهمية طلب الخدمة الإسعافية عند وجود حالة طارئة من خلال الاتصال على رقم (997)، أو من خلال طلب الخدمة الإسعافية عبر تطبيق "أسعفني" الذي يوفر الكثير من الوقت والجهد؛ ولا سيما أنه يحدد موقع المتصل بدقة عالية؛ مما يسهل من عملية وصول الفرقة الإسعافية لموقع البلاغ.
