"أدير العقارية" تواصل سلسلة مزاداتها الناجحة ببيع أراضي مشروع "نسايم جدة" بمبلغ تجاوز 650 مليون ريال

تابعت شركة "أدير العقارية" سلسلة مزاداتها الناجحة، بعد ببيع أراضي مشروع "نسايم جدة" درة مشاريع شمال جدة، بقيمة مالية بلغت 650,091,517 ريال (شاملة السعي والتصرفات العقارية). وذلك خلال المزاد العلني الذي نظمته الشركة اليوم الأربعاء الموافق 20 سبتمبر 2023م في قاعة الهيلتون للمؤتمرات والاحتفالات بمدينة جدة.

وكما هو متوقع، شهد المزاد حضورًا حاشدًا من قبل نخبة المستثمرين، ورجال الأعمال، وشركات التطوير العقاري، للفوز بهذه الدرر النفيسة التي تتلألأ وسط منطقةٍ سياحيةٍ مفعمةٍ بالأصالةِ والحداثةِ، لتصنعَ للناجحين عالمًا استثماريًا متكاملاً.
من جانبه عبَّر سليمان الحربي نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أدير العقارية؛ عن سعادته لنجاح هذا المزاد، مُباركًا للمستثمرين الذين حظيوا في تملك أراضي مشروع "نسايم جدة" السكني التي تمتد على مساحة 891 ألف مترٍ مربعٍ، وتتربع في أهم المواقع الاستراتيجية في منطقة "ذهبان" التي تعتبر البوابة المستقبلية لمدينة جدة من جهة الشمال، وتشكل الامتداد العمراني الطبيعي لها، مما جعل منها مكانًا استثنائيًا لإطلاق المشروعات السكنية والسياحية والترفيهية الآمنة والناجحة.
ولفت "الحربي " إلى أن نجاح المزاد يعود بعد توفيق الله إلى الجهود التسويقية الكُبرى التي تم بذلها من قبل فريق عمل الشركة لبيع أراضي مشروع "نسايم جدة" بكل احترافية وإتقان، باستخدام أحدث الوسائل والتقنيات التسويقية التي تتميز بها شركة "أدير العقارية" وجعلتها تحتل الريادة في قطاع التسويق العقاري بالمنطقة.
