«بلدية أبوظبي» تدعو شركات البناء لرفع التقارير الإلزامية بمتطلبات السلامة

بهدف تعزيز الوعي لدى الاستشاريين والمقاولين للالتزام برفع التقارير والنماذج الإلزامية في الوقت المحدد، دعت بلدية مدينة أبوظبي الشركات العاملة في قطاع البناء والإنشاء للالتزام برفع تقارير الأداء الإلزامية في نظام الأداء الخاص بمركز أبوظبي للصحة العامة، وعرض أمثلة عن الأخطاء الشائعة في تقديم التقارير لتجنب الوقوع فيها مستقبلاً.
جاء هذا خلال الورشة الافتراضية التي نظمتها بلدية مدينة أبوظبي من خلال إدارة البيئة والصحة والسلامة بشأن متطلبات البيئة والصحة والسلامة المهنية في المواقع الإنشائية، والتي تضمنت نبذة تعريفية عن برنامج الأداء، وعرض أنواع التقارير الإلزامية وطرق تقديمها للشركات الجديدة.
كما تضمنت الورشة أمثلة عن كيفية رفع النماذج في نظام الأداء، وعرض الملاحظات غير الصحيحة المتكررة أثناء رفع النموذج، لضمان وصول المعلومة بشكل صحيح وتسليم التقارير بدقة، حتى تستطيع الشركات الحصول على الاعتماد بشكل سريع، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة التحديات التي تواجه الشركات أثناء رفع التقارير، وعرض جميع الأخطاء الشائعة وكيفية تفاديها.
وحثت الورشة شركات المقاولات والمكاتب الاستشارية التي تم تصنيفها عالية الخطورة على تعزيز الالتزام بتطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية في المواقع الإنشائية للحفاظ على سلامة العاملين، والمساهمة في توفير جميع المتطلبات والتقارير الإلزامية في الوقت المحدد، وكذلك في تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الخاصة بقطاع البناء والإنشاء.
