"لولو تسلط الضوء على رحلة التوسع نحو 100 فرع في منتدى التجزئة السعودي

أكدت مجموعة لولو السعودية للأسواق الكبرى ، التي تنمو بسرعة، استراتيجيتها الطموحة في منتدى التجزئة السعودي، حيث فازت أيضًا بجائزتين خلال المنتدى.

أكد السيد شهيم محمد، المدير العام لشركة لولو السعودية ، تصريح السيد يوسف علي، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب للمجموعة، بأن المجموعة ستستهدف التوسع إلى 100 فرع خلال الأعوام القادمة.

وتهدف المجموعة إلى توظيف ما يصل إلى 10,000 موظف سعودي في قوتها العاملة خلال السنوات القادمة.

تم التعرف على أكبر سلسلة تجزئة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا كأفضل شركة تجزئة للعام - الطعام والبقالة وأيضًا كأفضل شركة تجزئة في المسؤولية المجتمعية للعام، نظرًا لقدرتها على مواكبة التغيرات السريعة في اتجاهات الطعام والبقالة وتصميمها الفعّال والثابت لمبادرات البيئة والمجتمع والحوكمة، بالإضافة إلى تدريب الموظفين وتبني المبادرات الوطنية السعودية.

كشريك رئيسي في المنتدى، الذي شهد نموًا هائلاً في قطاع التجزئة السعودي وفرصه واتجاهاته، كانت متاجر لولو السعودية لاعبًا رئيسيًا، حيث تم عقد الحدث الرائع في فندق فيرمونت الرياض وشارك فيه خبراء صناعة التجزئة لمناقشة الاتجاهات التي ستشكل مستقبل الأعمال في عام 2024 وما بعده.

وقعت لولو أيضًا أربع اتفاقيات رئيسية تمثل مجالات استثمار جديدة في قصة النمو لشركة لولو في المملكة: مع السيدة أليسون ريهيل إرغوفين، الرئيس التنفيذي لمراكز سينومي ، الشركة الرائدة في امتلاك وتشغيل وتطوير مراكز نمط الحياة المعاصرة في المملكة العربية السعودية؛ ومع الشيخ فهد محمد المقبل، رئيس مجموعة فهد المقبل للاستثمار؛ ومع الشيخ خالد العجمي، رئيس شركة بناء بيس كو. ليمتد؛ ومع السيد خالد الجفر، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ Play Cinema، السلسلة الرائدة لصالات العرض والسينما.

تماشيًا مع قصة نمو لولو، شارك السيد شهيم محمد أيضًا كعضو رئيسي في مناقشة اللوحة المسماة "فتح صندوق الفرص في قطاع التجزئة". وقال السيد شهيم محمد: "خلال الخمس سنوات الماضية، كانت مجموعة لولو في المملكة العربية السعودية شريكًا فعّالًا في تحول المملكة،" وقال إنهم نجحوا في النمو إلى 60 متجرًا وحاليًا متواجدين في 14 مدينة حول المملكة، ومع شبكة نامية تشمل مدينة نيوم و مجمع أرامكو وإسكان الحرس الوطني السعودي، نتطلع إلى التواجد في أكثر من 30 مدينة جديدة قريبًا. وأضاف: "في المنتدى، كان حديثنا عن ثقتنا في تقدم المملكة العربية السعودية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لولو كانت تقود الصناعة بطرق مبتكرة لاستغلال مفاهيم جديدة، سواء كان ذلك تنفيذ البيئة والمجتمع والحوكمة، أو واجهة رقمية أو بناء مكان عمل فعّال لجيل جديد من الشباب السعوديين."
